Fantastic experience: My favourite gym to train in, and look forward to visiting whenever I am back in hitchin. Phenomenal equipment and no ego. Which is impressive considering how strong it's member base are. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym and atmosphere! A great owner! I was a bit scheptical when I first walked in trying to find a new gym but I was quickly welcomed and made to feel at ease. Now being here for almost a year and I have seen my physique and overall fitness improve much more tremendously than any commercial gym. Everybody in the gym is great to talk to and will also help with a spot if asked. A great community gym in the centre of Hitchin! It can be a bit scary walking into any gym but the owner Alex will make you feel excited to be part of OSGG.

From never being in a gym in my life to being a full fledged gym-goer with the outstanding help and support from the owner (Alex) and every member at old school. Would definitely recommend OSGG to anyone with or without experience Friendly environment, welcoming vibe and every machine you’d ever need. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I was searching for a new gym having stopped working in London and have been using old skool for 4 weeks. A welcoming and open gym for users of all levels. Excellent variety of machines, cleanliness and patron interaction first rate - everyone treated with respect and helped as much as possible. The owner is a diamond. Its always a bit scary moving gyms or going to your first one but here, once you get past that first hesitation, is a genuinely nice and supportive place to train. Dont be shy to ask for help..people here respect your space but step up if you ask. Im not a fan of the music choice's but that's solved with headphones (sorry alex im a metalhead). Other than that its a gift!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, drove 35 minutes just to try it out . Was definitely worth it though, have a gym close to me that I go regular but will be making a few trips a month to go here! Owner is a great guy aswell

Fantastic experience: Best gym about in a very large radius and exceptionally clean! I’ve been to many gyms from London up to Bedfordshire and never felt better about my training. Alex is Friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable whenever you need advice. You will not find this high range of equipment for this price anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: As a relatively new gym goer I was nervous to go to such a bodybuilding focused gym but as soon as you walk in and meet Alex you feel 100% welcome and comfortable regardless of who you are. Alex patiently showed me every machine in the gym as it was my first time using plate machines. This place has the nicest most welcoming culture in a gym ever. The equipment is unmatched and always spotless. So glad to have met Alex and all the friendly lovely people at OSGG.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in North East Herts! The equipment is elite quality, always well maintained and clean. The gym has a really good community feel, everyone is friendly and supportive. To top it all off, the owner, Alex is a great guy. Always greeted with a smile, provides advice whenever needed, stocks the best nutrients and supplements. If that’s not enough, he’s a WNBF champ, so you know the advice is sound. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, completely changed my workouts and my physique. Love it here!

Fantastic experience: Great gym in the heart of hitchin, boasts the benefit of parking. Great equipment, members and cardio. Always people to assist in training and owner is working so hard to give the best service. I hope no one sees this (so it doesn’t get rammed ) but this is truly a great gym for a ridiculous price.

Its next level , best equipment, great atmosphere, Alex is professional & there to help& assist, and meets your training requirements. Fantastic experience: Hitchin has been lacking a decent privatley run gym for a number of years and that's where O.S.G.G's steps in. The owner Alex is friendly, enthusiastic and has over 20 years of experience. That knowledge and enthusiasm shines through the gym, theres no mass produced commercial equilment that you find in the chain gyms. Instead Alex has invested in unique and well engineered equipment that targets each muscle group directly ensuring you get the best workout possible. Alex also stocks a large quantity of supplements from pre workouts to protein powders and is more than happy to share his vast knowledge of each of the supps he stocks to help you make the best decision what to use to get the best out of your workouts. All said, great gym and great owner and a breath of fresh air for Hitchin.
