Fantastic experience: A fantastic, clean, and well presented gym with a great atmosphere, excellent qualify equipment, and supportive staff. Since I joined, I have felt so welcomed by Vicky and the team. Both Vicky and Meg supported me during my first bodybuilding prep and even came to my first bikini bodybuilding show! For me, the gym is like my home from home. I would highly recommend it and absolutely love it ❤️ xxx

Fantastic experience: Having had PT sessions with Vicky years ago and stopping due to the pandemic, I had lost condition and confidence. I plucked up courage to go to EmpowHer for PT with her again and I so wish I’d done it sooner. It’s a fab place to work out. Everyone is so nice, the staff are so helpful and there is a good mix of equipment to use. I have PT sessions because I know (as does Vicky) that I would not push myself enough if left to my own devices. Having said that, the staff are there to assist and encourage all the ladies there. Excellent gym, lovely atmosphere, highly recommend for all.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend EmpowHER enough. Since joining I have felt nothing but welcomed especially by Vicky and Meg. The girls are nothing but professional and friendly. Being someone who has always felt self conscious in a gym setting I can safely say this is the most confident I’ve ever felt, it’s become one of my safe places! If you’re looking for a gym that’s well managed, beautifully designed and maintained, friendly, the list could go on, then this is the one you should be looking for! Xxx

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d write a review like this about a gym but it goes to show what a credit and safe space EmpowerHer is to the area. EmpowerHer is a gem of a place. A space where women can grow, learn and build confidence in an area that is most commonly intimidating. Vicky who owns the gym always goes above and beyond to make the place inviting and inspiring. The PTs are a beautiful bunch of humans and I have been PT’d by Meg who is professional and dedicated. I would recommend the gym time and time again so if you’re thinking about it in anyway go for it!

Fantastic experience: The most welcoming and well equipped female boutique style gym . Having never liked a gym environment previously, after an initial consultation at EmpowHER I felt so at ease. Initial PT sessions were amazing and then I felt confident enough to go it alone. I love my me time here. Well done Vicky and the team xx

Fantastic experience: Just want to say what a fantastic little gym EmpowHer is. For someone who felt intimidated by the gym and believe me I’ve tried a few, this friendly little gym is just what I needed. Not only do I feel at ease here alongside the other members, The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, they are happy to take their time to assist and they also do a fantastic induction. Cannot recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: Joining EmpowHER has been one of the best decisions I have made. I was lacking in confidence and fearful of going the gym. After exchanging messages with Vicki I decided to go along and have a look. Vicki and the team made me feel really welcome. The ethos of the gym is about body confidence and wellbeing. EmpowHER is a lovely welcoming environment, intimate and friendly. I have regular PT sessions with Vicki and highly recommend her. She is there to support and motivate when needed. Overall EmpowHER is a great place to be and I would recommend to anyone female wanting to make a change and build confidence.

Fantastic experience: God, where to start! This is going to be a long one because I'm honestly just so thankful to the EmpowHer team! I've never had the confidence to join a gym through fear of looking incompetent so always stuck to home workouts. Got pretty tired of minmal progress and having spoken to a couple of gym friends, decided it was time to pluck up the courage to join one. Heard about Vicky's female only gym...within the space of an hour, I had called her, popped in to look around, signed up and had my induction. I have genuinely never looked back since! It's been my second home! Had some PT sessions with Vicky to build up some confidence which were just so beneficial. The gym itself is intimate and very friendly. Thanks to the capped membership, it never feels overcrowded which is great! Its well equipped and if ever you need any guidance, the team are just so incredibly helpful. There's a cute little drinks area upstairs too if you fancy a sit down and a drink after a session. I'm moving out of the country and I'm genuinely gutted to be leaving EmpowHer behind me. So gratfeful to Vicky, Heather and Shannon for all of their guidance and just being as helpful and as friendly as they possibly could be. You're an amazing team! The gym has become a big part of my life and I'll always remember where it all started ❤️ I will definitely be back to EmpowHer when I'm in the UK on holidays
