Fantastic experience: Mike is a great personal trainer. His online sessions during lockdown were great and this is what helped me to lose 3 stone during lockdown. It doesn’t matter how fit you are, Mike trailers everything to suit your needs. I was very weary of starting his classes as I was very unfit and had low confidence but Mike put me to ease straight away and everyone in his classes are friendly. Even though Mike pushes us all to our limits, we all leave with a smile on our face. Mike ensures that each session is different to keep us all on our toes and I look forward to each class. I never thought I would enjoy working out like I do now! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Mike has been instrumental with my weight loss target and getting me fit. He is very knowledgeable and his guidance with his tailored training programmes are really good. He is so motivating and with him I have yet to give up with meeting personal targets physically or mentally.
