Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with top-of-the-range equipment, genuinely friendly personal trainers and owners, and great music! You feel like 'one of the family' when you walk in and will always be greeted with a Warm 'hello' or an enthusiastic wave from the back on the gym! Don't be fooled by the size- it has everything you need and on-hand instruction if you're not sure how to use anything.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym - clean, friendly with first class trainers. It took me some time to pluck up the courage to join a gym, but I have no regrets. I’ve always been made to feel welcome, and Mark in particular has helped me with progressive routines to help with some particular challenges I have from past injuries. Can’t recommend this place enough.
