Fantastic experience: Been going to this Gym for 6 years now and I wouldn’t train anywhere else, it has awesome lifting Equipment and cardio Room. They also have a boxing ring and training facilities. The gym is run very professionally and has a very good atmosphere. The owner Sam and his assistant Dan have a great attitude to want to help you achieve your goals, they sell protein shakes and bars. I am hoping they will open up a gym clothing line soon so I can get my gym stuff from there. The best thing I like about this gym is how friendly anyone is. .
