Fantastic experience: I visited on a day pass today. This is a proper gym with all the machines you could ever use. It's very clean & the staff are friendly. If it had longer opening hours I would have a membership here but I have a busy schedule where I need a gym open until 10:00pm including weekends but that's on me. Definitely worth a visit if your in the local area.

Whenever possible, I plan my stops around parking areas that have gyms nearby. One such place that stood out to me is a gym located approximately 1 to 1.3 miles from the truck parking area in Dover. This gym offers a great atmosphere and is equipped with a wide range of professional-grade machines, especially for back training. And let’s be honest — every guy who lifts knows how important it is to build wide back! The pricing is: £10 for a single entry or £20 for a weekly pass. While other gyms sometimes offer a cheaper one-time rate (£7–£8), I think this place is worth the price. That said, it would be great if they introduced a flexible deal — for example, “pay for three visits, get the fourth free.” It might attract more regular visitors like me. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the showers are reserved for members only, which is a bit of a downside for short-term users. Final Rating: 4.5/5 stars I’m deducting half a star solely because the shower is not accessible to non-members. Other than that, this is an excellent option for drivers looking to stay fit on the road.

Fantastic experience: Visited today. Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner. A true, authentic, passionate bodybuilding lifer, and a gym full of spotless equipment and pictures of some of the greatest pros from the 80s/90s. Incredible vibe. Amazing gym. Wished i lived closer.

Fantastic experience: I known Andy and Helen for years and always said open a gym now finally it happened and he’s man of his words said all along his machines are gonna be the best and it’s so true friendly environment and social as well if you need any advice they are there to help all the time love this gym.
