Fantastic experience: Had a meaningful work out with Tom. A great instructor, he explained everything before i carried it out so i understood how it was going to benefit me. Thanks Tom, your a legend.
Fantastic experience: I found out about Fit20 via a work well-being fayre, I was intrigued as I have never been to a gym and it almost sounded too good to be true! I explained my medical history, conditions and past injuries and I was pleasantly surprised when the staff said they had helped others in my position. I booked in my free trial with Julie over the phone who was more than helpful and supportive. I went to my first session having no idea what to expect and by the end of it couldn’t wait to get signed up! I’ve now been going each week for 3months and can really see a positive impact. My strength is building, my knee pain is much reduced and I can walk and cycle so much further again now! Thanks Julie and Fit 20, I’m so glad I’ve found you! Fantastic experience: I have been attending Fit20 at Hellesdon for about 12 weeks. Tuition is outstanding from Tom, Jess, and Julie. They are all top quality trainers and have exceptional attention to detail. They are all very encouraging, positive and helpful. The exercise regime is challenging but not overdone. The records kept and very clear and detailed so you know exactly how much progress you are making. All round excellence.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending fit20 for 6 weeks and so far, have not missed a weekly session. I am getting stronger which is measured by increasing machine weight, controlled press and number of reps. It's still early days, and only time will tell if these weekly sessions help me to tone up . My PT, Julie, is brilliant, gently pushing me to achieve more but to not overstretch. I appreciate her enthusiasm and friendly approach.

Fantastic experience: Since starting Fit20 in 2021 my body feels entirely different. My hip no longer hurts as I was in a lot of pain due to arthritis. My feet also feel so much better as I am now walking without a limp meaning my posture has improved dramatically. And...no longer need pain killers. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with fit20 for 10 weeks now. I’ve had 2 hip replacements, One15 years ago, and the second five years ago. I never realised how weak my muscles actually were until I started training with Fit20. I’m 10 weeks in now and I’ve got sensation back in my scar tissue, and my glut muscles have now started to re-engage. My whole body is so much stronger, i’m starting to get definition in my abdominal muscles, my bingo wings have toned back up and my leg muscles have grown muscles. Any perimenopausal women, and those who have had hip replacements this workout is fantastic

Fantastic experience: Awesome if ya wanna get fitter and stronger. With work I sometimes have to miss a week or two and I really notice how much my muscles have degraded in such a short amount of time. Being erm er well 49ish going to fit 20 really does make all the difference. Give it a try you have nothing to lose. Oh and the sessions are personal aka just you and you don’t get all hot and sweaty winner winner getting fitter

Fantastic experience: Excellent training facility, very happy with my progress so far. Nice and cool, quick to achieve results. It’s put 50 yards on my golf drives and my strength and confidence is through the roof. 100% worth the money, recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I normally get very bored with gyms, and slope away after 6 months or so. But Fit20 and my trainer Tom in particular are so different. They judge perfectly what you are capable of, and encourage you to achieve your goals, and then exceed them. Some 15 months on, I am still going strong, having never felt so good about my body, and mind, for years. As a 65 year old that takes some doing. Thanks Fit20!

Fantastic experience: I've had 10 training sessions with Jessie who is the perfect trainer. Pushes you hard but understands your limits. Resistance training is working great for me. Would recommend to anybody no matter what age and whatever ability.

Fantastic experience: 20 minutes of exercises on machines with your personal trainer just for you. The 20 minutes a week works better than gym to me. It has a cost but it gives you a lot in very short time. I would recommend it.

Fantastic experience: For me, Fit20 is perfect. I have always struggled with gyms, I get bored very quickly in them At Fit20, the studio is quiet and with air conditioning. There is no need to get changed into any type of gym clothes, I just pop along in my lunch break in my work clothes . Since I’ve been training at Fit20, I am stronger, more confident and my posture has improved and the team are fantastic

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Fit20 now for around 10 weeks to increase my strength as I’m perimenopausal and am really seeing some results. Julie is fantastic. Shes driven and wants to see you push hard but that’s the whole point. I’ve increased my overall capabilities dramatically and have started to feel stronger. I love my sessions and can see no reason to find excuses not to go every week! I highly recommend Fit20!

Fantastic experience: Extremely effective workout but requires patience to get to the right level. It took me 6 months to train my muscles/brain with a lot of adjustments because I am so short, with short arms and legs (not wishing to sound like self-pity!). My personal trainer is extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, positive and encouraging, going above and beyond her call of duty. There were a few hiccups in the beginning in terms of getting in a muddle and forgetting what the session time and day was each so we decided to just stick to the same day and time each week (I think of it as Wednesday workout). It is an extremely expensive gym but if you have the means, I'd recommend it to anyone of any fitness level. The machines can accommodate people with different physical needs and disabilities. It's changed my life because I can really feel the benefits in everyday life and when I workout at home or exercise outside.

Well done you for adjusting and sticking with it.It is expensive compared to a gym membership. But having a personal training session dedicated to you alone is what gets results. Fantastic experience: 9 sessions in and I'm amazed at how effective this training regime is. As a 60 year old sufferer of Fibromyalgia and creaking joints i was apprehensive at giving this a try, but I feel energised after a session and also finding my recovery rate is really good. Great encouragement from my trainer, Tom, who understands my limitations very well.

Fantastic experience: I’m 5 months Inave noticed my breathing is easier. My legs and arms have definitely toned up.The routine is targeted to me and Jesse is very encouraging and really makes sure I get the most out of my session. Would highly recommend and it’s only for 20 mins !

Fantastic experience: I have have been undertaking sessions since the end of 2019 and my core strength has increased massively in the individual muscle groups strengthened by these sessions . The trainers are professional and supportive and encourage you give that extra % to achieve new targets. The computerised screens show you how much you are achieving in session so you know you are on track . The training on the equipment is straightforward and I chose to train with a training buddy so we do 2:1 training, initially I did 1:1 training. The Trainer is there throughout the session and sets up the equipment and ensures you use it correctly. As a larger size person I feel perfectly comfortable with the trainers and equipment - there are no barriers whatever to size at Fit20 and so much better to train than an ordinary gym. This gym is a lovely calm, quiet and cool environment. The trainers are flexible around sessions and they go out of their way to work around your commitments where possible .. I would highly recommend this to all those people who want to get fit but hate the thought of a normal gym environment!! Book a trial session to see for yourself - that’s how I approached it when I wasn't sure ..

Fantastic experience: No loud music, no mirrors and no intimidating groups of super fit people standing around. Simple 1-2-1 instruction focusing completely on my strength helping me to reach my goals in just 20 minutes a week! Fantastic experience: I started sessions at Fit 20 just over 8 weeks ago now and am already starting to feel the benefits. The personal trainers Sarah and Dan encourage you to push yourself and improve on a weekly basis. I like the fact that I can fit the sessions in easily to my working week and working on a 1 to 1 basis means your sessions are focused on your individual needs and ability. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Positive experience: I'm not the person to judge. The trainers are friendly, and for all I know they know what they're doing. They appear to. Parking is easy. Personally I think it's ghastly, but I'd think any gym was ghastly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending for over a year now . Initially I only joined as a back up plan to ensure I did some consistent exercise every week , fully intending to join a ‘traditional gym’ shortly after. With a busy lifestyle this is perfect as for less than the price of a Branded coffee a day I can get a weeks worth of exercise in 1 guided session. My body definition has vastly improved and my fitness levels also - I noticed it when I did a Parkrun with no training initially just over 30 mins then shaving off nearly 4 mins 2 weeks later. I’m still waiting to find the time to join a traditional time - would highly recommend Fit20 to everyone. Just sign up for a free first training session , it could save your life

Fantastic experience: I have been enjoying weekly twenty minute sessions for the last three months. Initially I was rather sceptical as to how much might be achieved in such a concise appointment but was shocked by how profoundly exhausting it is! And it never ever ever gets any easier as the methodology is all around countering improvements in strength with increased loads in subsequent weeks. I feel totally exhausted afterwards and have built my strength up very considerably with Fit20 sessions alone. Was really helpful in getting fit for a skiing holiday and cannot recommend the guys at Fit20 in Norwich more highly, for either achieving general strength and fitness improvements, or to prepare for specific forthcoming physical challenges. Fantastic experience: I can totally recommend this to anyone. I am generally fairly fit and healthy but a bit out of condition and Fit20 has given me the focus and strength to get back on track - I've not only lost half a stone, but I have built up strength and particularly in my back and shoulders, where I have had problems with exercising in the past. Dan and Sara are fabulous trainers, very encouraging and supportive. 3 months in and I am seeing massive benefits in my well being.

Fantastic experience: Having tried conventional gyms and fitness routines many times over the last thirty years and lost £s rather than lbs I was very cynical about the perceived benefits and claimed success of this system. However the owners offer a free all encompassing trial which I , eventually agreed to do. After the trial I felt good and started to understand the science behind it a bit better. However this wasn’t enough to convince me to join. I needed further research so with the help of my friend google I looked into the history of the franchise and it’s growth over in Holland and recently into the UK. Now those Dutch are no fools with a history of invention and ingenuity and the amount of gyms open there and testimonials from happy users gave me great confidence. I therefore decided to join (which you can do on a no contract cancel at any time basis) and give it a go. Scheduling a regular short session weekly into my diary and having the full focussed attention of a personal trainer on dedicated, targeted state of the art machines has really had a positive impact on my overall health. After ten sessions I have made a 27% average increase in strength since I started and I feel less aches and pains. I still get the same post exercise rush after twenty minutes and my trainers work me to the point of muscle fatigue which is having a demonstrable effect on my muscle groups in terms of both size and form. My only complaint is that I’m frustrated that this system wasn’t around 10 years ago! With the offer of a free no obligation trial and a personalised trainer tracking results this really is a no brainier
