Fantastic experience: Dale is not only a top bloke but also incredibly knowledgeable and great at what he does. He is really flexible with times and puts in the effort to tailor each session to help me get stronger and improve my technique. The sessions are at Body Flex, a welcoming little gym that is never too busy and has a really friendly vibe which makes it the perfect environment for training.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Megan for 5 months with initial goals of losing weight and improving fitness. So far I have lost over a stone, pulled in 2 holes on my jeans belt and can feel the fitness difference. Megan is always enthusiastic, pushes me beyond what I would do on my own and gives me a range of exercises to do on my own. I cannot recommend Megan or Dale enough.
Fantastic experience: Dale has been online coaching me for 4 weeks now. I have always struggled with my weight, motivation and lack of confidence. Dale has been such a great support. He motivates me when I really need it, and has set up a workout/food plan that really fits in with my lifestyle. Fantastic experience: For personal reasons, I didn't work for almost 5 years! I was fat, stiff and with low self confidence. I work with Dale for 2 months and I feel much better. Fantastic experience: After having very stressful year and a half and then having major abdominal surgery in January, I had never been so heavy and week and mentally drained in all my life. I turned to Dale to help me gain confidence, core strength and loose weight which will stay off because I am motivated. Dale has been very understanding of my surgery and recovery and using techniques that both protect my stomach and build my core muscles to continue gettimg stronger for returning to work. Dale has also picked up on some weaknesses I have had for several years and didn't know how to adapt my movement or posture to improve this. I also had a knee injury I had to ask him to work around for me to continue loosing weight. I am gradually getting to my goal weight, but the big difference I see is on my scales, turning fat to muscle anx posture. I highly recommend Dale for his incredible support, knowledge and results.

Fantastic experience: Dale is a fantastic PT and is extremely knowledgeable on anything fitness and nutrition related. The workouts are varied and fun, whilst also challenging ensuring you always finish a session feeling strong. I contacted Dale when I had very little knowledge or confidence in the gym and working with him has really helped improve this. He sends regular recipe books and information on nutrition so lunches and dinners are never boring! I would highly recommend Dale to anyone looking for a PT in the Glos area!!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training 1-1 with Megan for around 5 months now and I’ve never felt better! The time, consistency and effort Megan puts into our sessions each week is faultless!! Each session is different, which keeps it so interesting! I’ve learnt so much from Megan in the past few months than ever before! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with the amazing Megan since October last year. She has incredible energy and enthusiasm for my personal journey to getting fit. She pushes me to do things I never thought I would be able to achieve. Weight’s are new to me and I really enjoy the process of beating my personal bests each week. Megan explains the science behind the concept of my training program, and her positive attitude and great sense of humour keeps me going to really push myself. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Dale now for 7 months and the improvement with my mobility has been amazing. I came to Dale with hypermobility and weak knees but since training with Dale my knees are a lot stronger and I’m more confident with the little things most people take for granted like walking up and down a flight of stairs and squatting. My hyper mobility prevented me from being able to stretch properly but thanks to Dale’s perseverance and patience with me, I can now stretch my muscles and actually feel it working. The sessions with Dale are relaxed, friendly and encouraging, you don’t realise that you are actually pushing yourself and reaching and exceeding your goals. I’m lifting weights I never thought possible. Not all goals need to be about weight loss, everyone’s transformation is different. Fantastic experience: I found Dale online whilst researching for a personal trainer. Dale is friendly and welcoming no mater the age nor seize as I am 16 years old and 6.6. His attuned motives me to exercise more and stay committed. Dale has great knowledge about nutrition and exercise routines that he started to teach me from day one. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dale for just over a year and am delighted with the results we have achieved. Dales instruction is excellent, hardworking and achieves great results each and every week without fail. He tailors each and every workout to achieve maximum effect. Fantastic experience: Best PT. With every training I feel stronger and I am loooovin’ it ! I started because I wanted to lose weight and I never tought I will like building muscle! Fantastic experience: I started with dale to gain exposure to the gym, not only did I want to build muscle but to built the confidence to attend the gym in itself. He really focused on my priorities and after 3 months I can happily say he has completely changed my motivation levels and has helped me reach my full potential. He’s a game changer!
Fantastic experience: I've been working with Dale since April 2021 and although the weight is coming off slowly, in all honesty it's been quite fun as I've learned a lot of new techniques and I don't get tired from walking a long time like I used too, it'll be much better in the long run once my weight loss and transformation is complete

Fantastic experience: Dale has been a fantastic personal trainer for both me and my wife. My wife has been with Dale for more than half a year before I joined and we now have a duo session once a week. Dale is a great motivator and even in our duo training session, manages to give us both his personal attention. Dale will post daily on our WhatsApp group with tips and recommendations on how to achieve our goals and at the start of every session, will measure both our weight and fat (we are both trying to lose weight and fat). Even just one session a week has been hugely rewarding and worth every penny. We highly recommend Dale as a personal trainer, whether you are brand new, a novice or long term gym user.

Fantastic experience: I have been wanting to lose weight for years but never had the confidence to get to the gym and start, since joining with dale he has been great in and outside the gym providing me with meal plans and workouts. I have lost 28lbs so far and haven’t looked back. I would definitely recommend dale as a trainer as he always keeps the energy levels up and gets you where you want to be.
Fantastic experience: I went to Dale over the summer of 2018. During the summer he helped my brother and I with advice on nutrition and technique coupling this with a great sense of humour led to a fun and productive work out session. Fantastic experience: 7 or so weeks in, and my body fat has already gone from overweight to healthy. Dale is super supportive and receptive to chronic pain and other issues, and adjusts every session accordingly. He's amazing at pushing you enough to really progress well. Best decision I ever made.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Dale PT for over 18 months now. In that time I’ve dropped a dress size and got leaner and much fitter. I train with a friend and that really helps with the motivation and enjoyment of the session. The exercises are mixed up and this variety prevents the sessions becoming boring or repetitive. I’m convinced an hour with Dale each week is better than 3 hours on your own in the gym!
Fantastic experience: I initially started looking for a personal trainer because I wanted to improve my endurance when playing football and also improve my poor posture. Dale was recommended to me by a friend and after the free consultation I knew I didn’t need to look any further. I’ve been training with Dale for 4/5 months now and I’m probably the fittest I’ve ever been. I’m leaner than I’ve been for a long, long time and I’ve started building muscles I didn’t even know I had. Fantastic experience: Dale is a nice bloke who is very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm never wanes, which makes you want to do just that little bit more. After my sessions I'm hoping to carry it on myself with a gym membership but I will definitely benefit from the odd session to keep me on the right path. Fantastic experience: I came to Dale in Feb 2018, I needed some motivation to get me to the gym in the mornings and give me that extra push. He is dedicated to seeing me progress... He takes pictures at every session and documents every weight I lift, helps me to see the progress I've made even when i don't see it myself. I'm happy with the progress I'm making and happy with the choice I made to join Dale's community!
Fantastic experience: I've been carrying oùt personal training for the past few years with various pt's and have enjoyed the variety. I had got to the stage where I needed new challenges as for me it wasn't about gaining fitness and losing weight as I was content with this. I signed up with Dale for a body strengthening programme and look forward to the sessions to be pushed to my potential. Dale is very experienced and can pick up on your technique as to where improvement is required. During our sessions my issues with regards to restriction of movement in my hips has been highlighted and exercises during sessions and homework have been put in place (yes- I did say homework!!) I have started to notice a difference in my strength each week and is amazing how this helps and compliments my other sport that I like to play. Dale is friendly, approachable and is dedicated to you during your session. throughly recommend! Give it a go- you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Since turning 30 I noticed I was not only gaining weight but the cellulite on my legs and thighs had become very noticeable. When I was in Jamaica this summer I saw a video of myself walking around the pool and was horrified at how bad it was. I looked around at other ladies older than myself and their cellulite was half as bad as my own. I knew my diet was poor but as I have never been overweight I thought I could get away with consistently eating junk food. This was my wake up call, I realised no amount of starving myself and following ridiculous faddy diets was going to work. Dale was recommend by a friend so I took the opportunity to do things correctly. I've now been with dale for 8 weeks training just two sessions per week combined with a healthy clean diet.. I can't believe that in such a short amount of time I've not only lost weight but my cellulite has massively reduced and my whole body shape has changed.. I think for the first time in years I'm starting to feel so much better about myself and would highly recommend Dale to anyone. Dale is very knowledgeable and very easy to approach.. I wouldn't go with anyone else 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I started in October 2015 and have been with Dale as my PT since early 2016. I haven't looked back since and have often thought why I didn't I start all of this years before as the benefits and the way I feel about myself since starting have been tremendous. Before starting I was getting steadily heavier and heavier. I lied to myself that I could control my weight if I wanted too and imagined I was lighter than I really was. I just put it down to getting older and taking no exercise. Buying clothes in a larger size every time was just of those things. It seemed like a big awakening when I finally took a real look at myself in the mirror one day and took notice of how breathless I was just climbing a few flights of stairs. Starting off was a real surprise! I thought I'd get loads of put-downs and feel even worse about myself but the reverse was true! I got loads of encouragement with plans set up for regular exercise and improved diet. Even my humble attempts at the beginning were met with positive responses. My diet habits were looked into and I felt personally motivated to change things around. So, today, after a year I've lost loads of weight and my fitness levels have improved beyond anything I could have thought possible and I look and feel so much better about myself. I'll be honest and say it hasn't been a straightforward journey. There have been hurdles such as xmas, full-board holidays and other events. Life I suppose! My feelings are though that it's all under control, even the step backs get turned around. The way I feel about myself now both mentally and physically has given me a real can-do attitude. I know I couldn't havie done this without Dale. He's given me so much advice and encouragement, for exercise and diet, over the months and is really knowledgeable and professional. I do weekly gym sessions with Dale plus weekly indoor and outdoor fit camp sessions as well. Dale is always positive and upbeat and I feel motivated by him to continue and I'm really glad to have him as my PT. I've quite a way to go yet to reach my personal target that we've discussed and with Dale I know I'll get there thank goodness. Loving it all !!!.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Dale in January 2016. In that time I've discovered strength I never knew I had, cut my body fat by 14% and lost around 2 stone in weight. Whilst I allow myself little treats, I have completely changed my eating habits and as a result noticed a massive increase in energy levels and my skin (so not just weight or body related improvements!) has never been in better condition. Fantastic experience: I decided I needed to get back into a bit of shape and loose some weight. I had become a bit sluggish and podgy! I called Dale who couldn't be more helpful in getting me in for a FREE consultation. This was the first step. A quick questionnaire about my lifestyle and habits to get an idea of what I was after and how Dale and his team could get me to achieve my goals. Dale has been working twice a week with myself since March. We clicked straight away, very easy to get along with. Dale very quickly understood my limits and knows exactly how and when to push me to get the most out the sessions. I'm now loosing weight and over 10% body fat gone & have much more energy. I was definitely daunted by the gym environment before calling Dale, however Dale and his team made the process easy. The sessions are tough, very tough at times, but having someone there to push you just that little bit further really does help. I have learnt a lot, from technique in the gym, again to get the best results to learning about diet. Dale is always on hand to text a question to. Fantastic experience: I spent years trying every fad diet but only gained weight, I was very depressed and hated the way I looked. I was fed up of buying bigger and bigger clothes, After a very embarrassing incident trying to lock my harness on a rollercoaster I realised I needed help. I have been having PT sessions will Dale for 12 months now and it's the best thing I have done. I have lost nearly 5 stone, I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been. I have gone from getting out of breath walking up a flight of stairs to be able to run 8 miles and have registered for a half marathon next year. Dale is a very positive person he never makes me feel bad if I fall off the food wagon or struggle with an exercise he is always encouraging. His workouts are never boring and are full of variety. I know I would have given up when it got tough a long time ago but Dale always pushes me on and to go further. He is very knowledgeable and full of great advice and tips. He is also a great guy. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are reading this thinking I won't be able to do it, if I can anyone can and Dale will be there every step of the way. I can honestly say he has changed my life.
