Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Alice’s studio for a little over a year now, and she is just amazing. I started as a complete beginner joining the mixed Ariel class, to doing Ariel yoga and then private 1:1 classes to really work on my skills. My confidence, strength and ability has come on leaps since joining. It’s a great, creative and fun exercise to keep you fit and strong while truly enjoying yourself and embracing new skill sets.
