Fantastic experience: I have just completed my 12 week Raformation programme. Fantastic experience: I approached Raf for help and guidance in how to build strength and develop the right techniques when doing so. This man is a wealth of knowledge(!!) and starts with the fundamentals, making sure that you're doing everything the right way before starting with an exercise. Everything is individualised and he really takes the time to understand exactly what you need and what will work. A fantastic and passionate PT that I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: What can I say!?! Raf is an absolute legend! He’s so knowledgable which is just incredible. I’ve learnt so much from Raf in just 2 weeks I really feel like it will change my life. Everyday I’ve learnt something new, and I feel the best I’ve ever felt. My skin is amazing, I feel slimmer and fitter than I have done in a loonnngggg time! I now sleep better and I’m learning to manage stress alot better than I did before. Also whenever I have a question he’s there to answer it. Rafs gym programming - I’ve absolutely loved every single workout I’ve done. I’ve found love in going to the gym again, something I fell out of love with. I get bored very easily yet his workouts are varied and fun. If I’m not in the gym I go out walking getting plenty of steps in, again something which I now enjoy even in the freezing cold. This used to be a chore for me. Now I love it! Raf has changed my life, he’s changed my views on things and I’m the best I’ve ever felt. I’ll be eternally grateful for this. I love my new lifestyle and I’m so happy I found him! Fantastic experience: Raf is an amazing man, I was lucky to win a giveaway where I receive coaching for 30 days. Just beginning my journey to a better and healthier lifestyle and Raf has filled me with so much confidence, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience and it shows. He doesn't leave a stone unturned and he points out the hard truths. He's thorough with questioning and likes to get down to the nitty-gritty to ensure he knows you holistically to provide the best service, it's fully tailored and he's always there for support, regardless of the questions you may find silly. So far I've had a full body "MOT" where he took the time to work from the ground up and analyse everything I currently do. From posture and positioning of my feet to working through lifestyle habits and providing recommendations to better myself. He gets all the details and I'm so happy to have the opportunity to work with him!

Fantastic experience: I joined TeamRAF about 3 months ago, having waited to get into the cohort of newbies for about a few weeks. Raf finally signed me up! At the beginning, I signed up to TeamRaf as I had reached a plateau with my gym training. Although my motivation and commitment were high, I wasn’t seeing any results. Raf went through a lot, basically breaking me down both mentally and physically. I work in a highly stressful environment which also takes me away from home a lot. Raf was able to identify key factors that would help me overcome these challenges, by changing my diet, sleep patterns, posture, exercise warm-ups, cool downs and training regimes. I am a lot fitter, lighter and not bloated as I used to be. I still have a lot more to do, but I am definitely on the right track. If you are ready to put in the hard work, sweat and sometimes tears, we can achieve anything. Thanks Raf for transforming me into a much more healthier and fitter person.

Fantastic experience: When I started with TeamRaf, I was looking to get healthy, lose a bit of weight & to get my confidence back. At first kicking my biscuit habit was very difficult. Having my husband eating them in front of me. I started making my own treats from the recipe book I was sent. I felt like I wasn’t missing out & they tasted so much better. The results I have achieved over the past 90 days I have been amazed. Having my younger body back & flat abs no words can explain how happy I am. The Facebook group was so supportive & everyone is so friendly. TeamRaf is amazing & so knowledgeable. I recommend this lifestyle to anyone. It’s not easy in the beginning, during the weeks it becomes a part of life

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished doing raf’s MOT and it was absolutely brilliant, raf was extremely thorough with the process and was very knowledgeable in the space of time we were together. He helped me with different stability postures that I need to work on and gave me a lot of knowledge whilst also helping me to discover a doctor to help me with a specific problem I have.

Fantastic experience: After being overweight for most of my adult life, I decided to take matters in to my own hands and start to lose some weight. With a lot of hard work, I managed to go from 28 stone 4lbs down to just over 21 stone. It was then that I decided to get qualified as a personal trainer to help others do the same and I loved every minute of it. Unfortunately, it was not long after this point that life happened and between one thing and another I put quite a bit of the weight back on. I bounced up and down for ages, trying everything I could to shift the weight again. Unfortunately, this was to be the pattern for several more years and I had all but given up. On a whim, I popped a request on Facebook for recommendations for a personal trainer (I know, why would a qualified PT need a PT right?). As always, there was a load of different opinions, but one name got many, many mentions. I am of course talking about Raf. Me being me, I Facebook stalked his page and liked enough to arrange a meetup for a chat. He listened to everything I had to say and quite obviously knew his stuff. I loved his whole life approach rather than just ‘let’s hustle some weights and see how we go’ and after a quick MOT session, I decided to sign up to his 12-week online program and I was not disappointed. His knowledge not only in the gym, but in the kitchen as well, is legendary. Unfortunately, due to many personal issues arising, I was unable to give the time and attention needed to get the results I knew I could achieve with Raf, but he never once lost his patience and made time to talk things over with me, even changing my routine to accommodate injuries and time availability, he even made time to discuss life outside the gym as well. I may not have got the results I should have, but I still managed to drop size and 2 stone in weight with all of his help and support. I cannot recommend this man enough. If you are thinking about starting the journey to a fitter and healthier you, you have to give Raf a call. Raf keep being you my friend, you are an absolute star and I am looking forward to when I can get back in the gym with you!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a 71 year woman, who suffered from back problems, Spinal Stenosis, that required an operation and followed by a hip replacement. They both resulted in me not being mobile for over two years, resulting in weight gain and being totally unfit. Raf was recommended to me and what a blessing. I got on with him straight away and trusted him. His knowledge is unbelievable about fitness and nutrition. I will not be running any marathons soon but flexibility and stamina has improved and I can walk further each week. I have dropped 7 points on the cholesterol scale, lost a stone in weight and can even run for a bus now. Last week I walked 5 miles round London. I would recommend to him anyone, he is a lovely guy. What ever your ability he is there for you all the way. Never say Never, what ever age you are.

Fantastic experience: Today I completed my MOT with Raf. Great guy, very personable and knowledgeable. Worked through the basic movements of squats, lunges and plank. All three I thought were easy until he showed me how to do them properly! Wow what a difference. Now to start my 12 week programme!

Fantastic experience: I have always struggled with dieting. Health and losing weight have been a goal of mine for a really long time but I seem to lose my momentum and motivation which really affected what I thought about myself. Signing up with Raf has changed my life. This has been the first time I have stuck to a programme, and it is becoming a way of life for me. There are always good and bad days, but Raf has taught me that we have to just keep getting back up, that is life, and we need to live and enjoy it. I have learnt so much from Raf’s Programme, from training and using the gym equipment correctly to making better food choices. My mental health has also improved a lot, and this is because Raf has been there motivating me and pushing me when I need to be pushed and been there for me as a friend when I needed someone to talk to. Raf is such a genuine person, and his training programme is not just about looking good, its also about your health and he truly wants to help you achieve your goals. My health and fitness journey are really just beginning but since joining Raf I am a lot healthier than I use to be and I have lost 10kg’s in the process. I feel more confident as a person, and I now know that my goals are achievable when you have the right people backing you. I would definitely recommend Raf to anyone. Fantastic experience: My 12 weeks with RAF were exceptional. My main goal was to feel truly healthy- mind and body. Only starting on the training did I realise how much I’d been neglecting my mental health as well as my nutrition and diet. To start I was a little sceptical of following the programme, but quickly realised that if I trusted in the process I’d get results- and amazing results!! Despite ‘health’ being my main goal, I actually lost a lot of weight (over a stone and 10cm on my waist), have my mental health in a good place and see the joy in moving my body (I willingly go to the gym!) I’ve so often seen people on drastic 12 week training schedules who seem ably make short term but unsustainable life changes. This programme has been completely different- I’m so pleased to truly have developed new habits and understanding to set me up for the future Raf is a great coach, listener and all round cheer leader! The community amongst those training with him is very supportive and a great help in the low times. I’d recommend Raf to everyone!

Fantastic experience: During lockdown I became lazy and I wasn’t eating healthily. I sought Raf’s help to overhaul my diet and to set goals to get fitter, stronger and start running again. Raf put together a tailor made programme for me, which is varied (I am no longer bored of the gym!) and it fits around my life as a working mum. The overhaul of my diet has been a great surprise. I am enjoying eating clean and have learnt so much about nutrition and the misconceptions surrounding certain foods and calories. After 90 days, I feel fitter, stronger, less stressed and have loved getting back to running. Fantastic experience: I've been trying to get into shape on my own over the past 3 years and I've done OK. I had overheard Raf when training his clients in the gym and it was clear he knows what he's doing. I thought his guidance might help me progress. So I took the leap to invest in my own health... and over just 3 months with Raf I've made more progress than in the past 3 years! Fantastic experience: I did the online programme with Raf and although sceptical at first I can say it worked wonders and the learning that happened is still evident in my every day life beside the fact that i finished in October. Raf's personally tailored approach and expertise translated into very quick and lasting results. I had a wrist injury earlier on in the year and the programme helped with that a lot. Raf is very persistent but personal, not a robot kind of a trainer and his adaptable personality made it possible for me to learn how to approach my body and my mental resistance. I managed to integrate physical activity into my life way after the programme and I am enjoying the benefits. Highly recommended service.

Fantastic experience: I joined Team RAF at the beginning of July 2019. Not only was it the first time that I’ve stuck with a gym membership for more than a week but also working 1:1 with a PT. Ever since Day 1, Raf has made me feel confident using different equipment around the gym, always offers to support me when needed but also boosted my confidence with my body from the beginning of the journey. When I started with Raf my body was in terrible shape and my self-esteem had dropped to an all time low. Through his hard work, goal setting skills and my determination, he’s made me feel great about myself and my body. Away from the gym, Raf offers brilliant dietary advice that is easy to follow even if still like the odd beers. The time he puts in to set up sustainable plans and goals for you is amazing. I’ll take all the credit for the hard graft but I couldn’t have done it without him. My body is slowly getting into great shape (even if my legs were already solid) with PB’s and goals being achieved regularly. Not only is he a great PT but also become a great friend that offers helpful advice 24/7. I’ll look forward to continuing to work with him throughout 2020!

Fantastic experience: Done a class with Rafal & he noticed straight away that there was something up with the alignment in my feet & knees. He suggested a sports shop for me to go and get it checked out, turns out Rafal was spot on & now I have the correct shoes and insoles. Workouts have since been pain free! Thanks Rafal.

Fantastic experience: I'll start saying thank you Raf! I was starting to do less and shorter workouts as old injuries started to stop me doing being able to train properly. Getting less fit and going to the gym most days was not very positive. So far a month or PT with Raf and my knee no longer hurts, shoulders and back are starting to work properly getting improved posture and my body is starting to feel like it's listening and responding to working hard at the gym. All round good guy and excellent PT with results that have literally changed my minds relationship with my body :-).
