Fantastic experience: I've moved to the area in November and E7 Movement is one of the best things about Forest Gate. All trainers are so lovely but encouraging, helpful and fun. I love going to the classes and couldn't be without it:)

Fantastic experience: Really delighted with this addition to the Forest Gate lanes. A great mix of classes — from yoga to box fit to barre, as well as pre- and post-natal. A lovely and inviting studio ❤️

Fantastic experience: Lovely workshop with Alex. Will definitely try to get to more classes in the new year. 2 loos, a shower and plenty of water. NB: If you have sweaty hands would recommend bringing your own non-slip mat for yoga

Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have E7 in the neighbourhood. The classes are well scheduled and the instructors are very friendly, welcoming and (most importantly) motivating! I signed up as a founding member and this is most definitely the longest I have felt motivated to keep returning to workouts. I’m looking forward to seeing what the new year and new schedule brings!
