Fantastic experience: Ian trained one of my colleagues, and after seeing the results i thought i would give it a go. I found the thought of a personal trainer a bit nerve racking as i thought i would just be beasted for an hour. But Ian put me at ease and we gradually progressed with a great meal plan and introducing me to some great work out routines that got harder as i got fitter.
