Fantastic experience: After injuring my ACL playing netball, Gareth has helped me improve week on week through our personal PT sessions back up to full strength and movment. The gym itself is well organised and never to overcrowded. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to start or just searching for a high quality gym!

Fantastic experience: Fuse fitness is not only an amazing gym with top line facilities and classes but a welcoming community. Sam & Gareth lead every class with humor, enthusiasm and endless energy. There is a high variety of classes as well as personal training and training groups for HYROX & ATHX. I have been going every week for 1.5 years and I have never seen better results and felt stronger then when I attend Sam & Gareths classes. Joining fuse has allowed me to find community and friendship in Newark as a newcomer as well as a renewed drive to achieve my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I’ve signed up and never showed up to gyms all my life thinking I’m “just not made for exercise”. Joining Fuse has completely changed that (and me). I’ve been going a couple times a week for nearly a year now and I absolutely love the classes and community Fuse provides. I‘m fitter and happier than ever - all thanks to Sam, Gareth and the Fuse Family!

Fantastic experience: Having been a member at numerous gyms around Newark, I can safely say that this is by far the best gym in town. The downstairs gym is amply equipped with cardio machines, resistance training machines, free weights and specialist equipment to support training for competitions such as HYROX and ATHX, and the easy, convenient booking system means that the gym is never overcrowded and accessing the equipment is never an issue. Another highlight of the gym are the daily classes that are enthusiastically lead by Sam and Gareth. There are a range of classes to choose from to suit your desired training goals. Sam and Gareth have also managed to create a thriving community at the Fuse which makes the gym feel like a second home. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Newark by far with a cool boutique style, plenty of weights, resistance machines and cardio machines to cater for every style of training, the classes are great too, Sam and Gareth really know their stuff and are truly inspirational.

Fantastic experience: Sam and Gareth have created something very unique and special here - as well as both being welcoming, energetic and supportive coaches they have also created a gym space with a perfect vibe - plenty of space, non-intimidating at all, amazing range of equipment and an excellent range of classes. I train early morning, I feel like I have my very own personal gym and the style and lighting is on point it’s these details that really create a perfect space for your workouts.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Gareth doing personal training since January and i love every session. Gareth has helped me build confidence in the gym and has educated me on correct form and making sure i execute each move correctly. Fantastic experience: Life-changing. Much more than just a gym. Expert advice and help, challenging fitness sessions and personalised training. I had a debilitating knee and leg problem for 18 months that through Gareth’s targeted exercise and stretching is now fully recovered. Every week is something different, it’s a pleasure to be a member.

Fantastic experience: Fuse fitness is the place to be. Staff/owners for 100% there for you and always strive to push clients but also push themselves. They won't ask you to do anything they wouldn't do. The gym has an amazing friendly atmosphere, new equipment always added. Fantastic experience: My own experiences of Fuse Fitness has been fantastic. My fitness levels have been challenged through PT with Gareth and attending Sam”s classes. There is an excellent selection of classes geared to all levels with tailored support. There is a lovely friendly feel to the gym, with new members always made to feel welcome. A five star rating, isn’t really good enough, I’d definitely give it 10/10

Fantastic experience: Nothing but positive words to say about this gym. Sam and Gareth are such a great team and really push to get the best out of you. No class or PT is ever the same and you know that every session is strategically planned to push you to your limits. The gym has a really friendly atmosphere which makes the classes even more enjoyable. There is also a members Instagram account which keeps you on track even when you are away! 10 out of 10 in every way!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Fuse Fitness for several years now and it’s the best gym I have ever been to. It is very personalized and friendly atmosphere unlike any others. The classes are great both Sam and Gareth make them motivating and fun all other members are very welcoming and friendly. I love going to the gym it’s often quiet and get it to yourself because of the booking system it’s never over crowded. I have also had several PT sessions with Garth and I found these very beneficial and learnt alot. Gareth made sure each session was different and seemed to understand exactly what my goals were. I looked forward to these each week and will defiantly look into having some more sessions in the future. I highly recommend this gym and would never go anywhere else.

The facility is fantastic and feels very welcoming, the staff are helpful and are always on hand to give advice if needed. Fantastic experience: Fantastic well equipped gym and an amazing selection of classes and spin. Sam is brutal (but in a good for you way) in the classes, and Gareth is the man for PT / boxfit , and steady Saturday morning spin! Both are very encouraging and will help you reach and exceed your fitness goals.
