Fantastic experience: I experienced a remarkable transformation after I began training with Kyle. At the start, I had lost my confidence and self-esteem. However, within just four weeks of consistent training and following a disciplined diet plan, everything began to change. My knee issues significantly improved, my complexion returned to normal, and I was able to fit into my old trousers again. Most importantly, my confidence soared. Fantastic experience: Kyle is an outstanding trainer, being quite the advanced gym goer/bodybuilder myself for 20+ years, Kyles session’s are brutal (thats how it should be ha) and he showed me new techniques/exercises that really made our sessions intense and with purpose. I would highly recommend Kyle from those starting out to even the most advanced of lifters, save yourself time by learning to train the right way instead of years learning and potentially half-assing it! There’s a reason Kyle looks how he does he knows his nutrition and trains bloody hard. Looking forward to our next PT session.

Fantastic experience: As far as I am concerned he’s the best PT - elite standard. He knows his stuff and he walks the walk. He’s understanding of your needs and can help you achieve your goals whether that’s to tone up, lose some weight, and get fit through to competition standard. You won’t get better in Bristol.

I started at 84 kg and, with his guidance and motivation, I’ve successfully reduced my weight to 71 kg. That’s 13 kg down — and it wouldn’t have been possible without his consistent support and expertise. Kyle is a true subject matter expert in fitness. Fantastic experience: Some PTs are just wired differently. Kyle knows how to squeeze more out of you every single set. I always know i’ll get my value when hitting the gym with kyle. Sometimes you’ll have an extra special session train with him.

Fantastic experience: Working with Kyle has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. He brings a perfect mix of motivation, knowledge, and support to every session. Each workout is tailored to my goals and fitness level, with just the right challenge to keep me progressing without burning out.
Fantastic experience: After having a baby and suffering PGP through pregnancy and post partum I was really struggling with my weight and how to shift it. The gym terrified me and I had no idea what to do. Kyle was so chilled and really knowledgable. He helped me strengthen areas of weakness to help me back to running and showed me great workouts so that when I was not training with him I felt confident using all the equipment and could switch up activities if things were busy. He also ensured I always gave everything every session and it really paid off! I haven’t returned to my pre weight yet but I’m far fitter than I ever was and I am back running half marathons and have lost 1 1/2 stone at least.
Fantastic experience: Excellent coach and helped me tremendously with dropping my body fat while trying to maintain muscle mass on a cut. Helped me also transition to healthy diets which i struggled with especially when i started training and is a brilliant coach to work with!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Kyle in February 2024, weighing just 60kg. I had a hard time gaining weight and didn’t enjoy the gym that much due to being unsure of what to do or how to train effectively. From our very first session, Kyle not only taught me proper technique but also how to push my body to its limits to start seeing real results. He’s always friendly, supportive, and consistently gives valuable feedback—both in the gym and when it comes to nutrition. Thanks to his support, a year later I’ve gone from 60kg to 87kg, and most of that is lean muscle. Kyle is also a great nutritionist. He listened to my feedback and regularly adapted my meal plans to make sure I was bulking or cutting properly, depending on my goals. I enjoy every session. Kyle constantly switches things up and introduces new exercises to keep the workouts intense. Now, I can confidently smash out a solo intensive gym session and see the gains.

Fantastic experience: Hire this man at your perral. He will leave you feeling a broken, battered sweaty mess. He lies alot, "one more set, 12 reps" get to 12 then its " just 5 more" . But, through all of these "faults" he gets results. My legs and glutes have never been so strong. I love it. See you next week

Fantastic experience: best boxing and training coach in the business
Fantastic experience: I approached Kyle about PT training as I was having no luck losing weight on my own. I have now been consistently training with him for 4 months and have already lost 13kg. It was definitely a shock to my system when we first started training but now I feel stronger and more confident in myself and understand the exercises and steps needed to achieve my goals. Having a nutrition plan also helped me manage my macros, giving me more energy enabling me to push myself harder in our sessions. Would highly recommend Kyle as a PT!

Fantastic experience: You literally will not find a better personal trainer!! For years I tried all methods you could think of, from various Personal Trainers to every fad diet trend out there. In just 20 weeks with Kyle (Megawatt Fitness) I lost 15kg and reduced my body fat from 24% to 9%!! I never thought this transformation would be possible, let alone in such short time frame. Kyle's knowledge of training systems and nutrition are like no other, to achieve the results you desire appear endless! If you are considering a PT and want real results then Kyle will change your life, he certainly has mine and I can't imagine life without my PT!

Fantastic experience: I started working out with Kyle with the goal to lose weight and tone up because I'm getting married. I needed a serious kick after living the lockdown life (the unproductive kind) and he has definitely delivered on that. The workouts are challenging and in the beginning I did wonder whether I could ever survive a full hour, but Kyle is a great motivator and now not only do I look forward to our sessions each week for the huge mood boost, but I am already hitting goals ahead of schedule and feeling stronger and firmer. I'd highly recommend taking Kyle on as a PT!

Fantastic experience: I've been a client of Kyle for the last 5 months. Not only have I exceeded my fitness goals ( lost 13 kilos) It has given me the confidence to keep going to achieve more. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Megawatt Fitness anymore highly, Kyle is incredibly motivated in what he does and knows exactly how to get the best out of me and really gets me to push me past my limits, his knowledge is incredible and is great at mixing up a wide variety of different things to do. He has helped me massively gain my confidence back since doing my ACL and has fully tailored my training knowing I have that weakness still there. Anybody looking at finally changing there life around after years of saying they need to (like myself) i reccomend get in touch it'll be 100% worth it

Fantastic experience: Training with Megawatt Fitness over the past few months has genuinely changed my life. I am so much stronger, healthier and more positive than I was before. And perhaps most importantly, I have built a huge amount of confidence in the gym and no longer feel like an imposter when I arrive to work out. I've gone from someone who never did any kind of exercise and gave up at the slightest provocation to someone who can see an intense work out through to the end. And boy are they intense workouts! Kyle always knows exactly when to push and when to step back and puts the safety and wellbeing of his clients at the very top of the agenda. He keeps workouts varied enough to be interesting, but repeats exercises enough that you can really see and feel your results when you compare them to how you did them a couple of weeks ago. It's not about beefing you up, it's about finding a style of fitness that suits you and your lifestyle. He's exactly the right amount of encouraging and always makes me feel like I can do anything. He also offers really thoughtful and helpful tips of nutrition, making sense of the confusing advice you can find online and giving no-nonsense advice on what's best to eat based on your goals. I really can't recommend Megawatt Fitness enough.
