Fantastic experience: Exactly what I was looking for! After a decade at a desk with only bits of exercise here and there, I wanted a proper kick-start to my fitness – full-body strength, stamina, and confidence. The team at Thrive are a wonderful group: they are knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at keeping you accountable. And just fun to be around generally, which is always nice! Also, the facilities are excellent. I trained three times a week for six weeks, and it’s beaten me into shape in the best possible way. My form improved, I felt stronger, and I left each session knowing I’d pushed myself safely and effectively. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks again to you all and keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I live a healthy lifestyle, so my goal with working out is also to stay healthy — and Thrive absolutely matches my needs. I’ve stayed on with Thrive after my initial 6-week trial, and I’m really glad I did. The coaches are professional and patient. They strike a great balance between safety and progress, which I truly appreciate. They’re quick to spot when my form or movement is off, and always offer clear, effective guidance to help me improve. By the way, I mostly train with Olivia — she’s really lovely! I really enjoy the small group classes — they’re not as boring as training alone, but still small enough to get personal attention from the coach. It’s also easy to stick with the program. Training three times a week is very manageable, yet still enough to see real progress and achieve goals. They also offer a twice-a-week option if that suits your schedule better — but I personally prefer the three times. On top of that, there’s weekly follow-up and regular emails sharing practical, science-based fitness knowledge. It’s not just about workouts, but also about overall lifestyle — including tips on nutrition, sleep, and daily routines. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Josh because it was getting difficult to go for a run in the winter weather. I hate gyms so didn’t know what to expect but somehow they manage to keep me motivated, the classes are fun and they are extremely attentive to ensure exercises are done properly to avoid injuries. Training has made a big difference, I feel much stronger, which I easily notice on daily activities, I have no back pain, overall just fell much better since starting. Thank you team :)

Fantastic experience: I was staying in the area for 2 months so decided to give Thrives 6 week programme a go. It did not disappoint! Each class had a maximum of 4 people. There were 3 amazingly supportive personal trainers. I learnt so much and it was great to feel stronger and more confident as the weeks progressed. A great supportive community. You sign up to classes via an app- super user friendly. You can do 3 x 1 hour sessions a week (you can pay for more if you want but really you don’t need it- every session is a great workout). They change the patterns every month so you get different exercises and focus. I did a more strength focused programme but they change things up so you get a holistic approach to training over the year. The gym is really clean and great equipment. It’s really given me better technique and inspiration so even though I’m moving, I feel more confident doing my own thing in the gym now. I’d highly recommend. I was sad to leave!

Fantastic experience: Thrive is awesome! Josh and Olivia are thoughtful and motivating trainers — they push you to give your best but also monitor intensity and ensure things dont become “too much”! I also like the fact that there’s alot more focus on the form than just stacking up weights The class format works great - never more than four so theres enough of a personal touch + some competition from classmates which is always fun Thrive is the only health class ive stuck with - and I can see why!

I’ve never done any sort of weight training, so was pretty nervous to start, but from the moment I stepped into the gym, I felt so welcome in the community and had such great support and encouragement from the trainers. Fantastic experience: I started my sessions with Josh about 2 months ago. I was looking for someone close to Highgate who was flexible in terms of scheduling and who knows how to work with back injuries. I really enjoy my sessions as they are varied, tailored to my aims and motivating. I now feel much more confident when going to the gym or when exercising. Fantastic experience: Love it here! I was looking for a gym with knowledgeable trainers who could teach me correct form. I found that and more at THRIVE! Josh and the rest of the trainers are attentive and motivating. Josh will notice the smallest thing wrong with your form, correct it, and transform the workout. The trainers provide the perfect amount of push, encouraging you to go up on weights when they know you can. The small group fitness provides the attention of personal training and the energy of a group class. They’ve also really helped transform my overall well being, from nutrition to sleep. Josh will help you set goals for in and out of the gym. After finishing the 6-week initial program, I feel so much more tapped into my overall health. Excited to continue and couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I must say, the atmosphere is fantastic, the coaches are highly knowledgeable, and the training sessions are very focused. Honestly, I never get bored! My workouts are always a blast, and they keep me on my toes. Plus, I've seen awesome progress after hitting the gym three times a week for two months! Fantastic experience: My partner and I signed up for Thrive’s small-group personal training about three months ago, and we are both super happy with the results. I had felt stagnant with my fitness for years, but in just eight weeks with Thrive, I dropped almost 4% body fat and gained actual visible muscle. All this was under Josh’s supportive and encouraging guidance, with small and sustainable changes to my lifestyle and diet. Josh and his team are a super knowledgeable and caring bunch—you can see from the effort they put into each session. The workout schedule is also refreshed every ~5 weeks, so it’s never felt repetitive. A special shoutout goes to Rushane and Olivia, who have been fantastic coaches. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Can't sing the praises of the team at Thrive enough - I signed up with literally no exercise regime and they have been nothing but amazing in helping me build towards my goals. The sessions have great variety and despite the pain the next day (often at the hands of Olivia - but in a good way!) I find myself looking forward to the next one. Rushane does need to keep the ABBA out of his playlist though ;)

Fantastic experience: The playlists are always on point!! I think the small group setting works well because there's a sense of camaraderie between everyone which is so motivating. The trainers really get to know you on a personal level and are all super knowledgable not just about exercise, but other factors that impact your health like sleep or hydration. Despite being in a group setting, the trainers make sure that everyone gets individual guidance tailored to their ability, which helps me get a better workout and makes for a more inclusive environment which you rarely find in a gym. Overall I am jumping for joy (like Rushane in this pic).

I'm very happy that I committed to my health and beauty, as I have made great progress in losing fat and building muscle in just the first 6 weeks. Additional bonuses include increased energy and a surprisingly good mood after each session The small group personal training is the best format I've ever tried. You get plenty of coach attention while being part of a group where everyone is pushing their boundaries. It's great for competitive souls like mine Special thanks to the amazing team of coaches who guide us not only during the sessions. Each week, we get check-ins, super useful tips, advice, and looooooots of support whenever needed. So, it is truly a great place to start building your dream body and improving literally everything! My only regret is that I didn't start this earlier!

My goals were to build muscle and some lose fat and Josh designed a personalised programme for me with the aim of increasing strength. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend more! Before stumbling upon Thrive, I’ve had a mediocre experience with personal training which made me quite cautious at the beginning. But their knowledge, and lots, lots of patience made me feel so welcome! As a complete beginner I couldn’t do some of the exercises which was never a problem. They were then quickly changed, to suit my level. Their care in all aspects of your health was amazing as well. If you are looking for a space that works with you and for you, Thrive will be it.

Fantastic experience: I started training with THRIVE about 4 months ago. Having little previous experience of lifting weights or a diverse exercise routine, I’ve quickly seen the benefits; becoming stronger, fitter and more energised than I’ve been in a while. Fantastic experience: Started attending this gym in Highgate recently, and I can honestly say that I have had the most amazing experience so far - with a friendly, helpful personal trainer who is helping me with my fitness goals. Fantastic experience: My first time going to the gym, I couldn't have chosen better. Josh and Kimberley were extremely supportive, and so were the other people in the gym. Fantastic experience: Brilliant spot in Hampstead! Been looking for a welcoming and inclusive gym for ages and I’ve finally found it. They have some brilliant personal trainers who always make exercises and plans so accessible so you can make it fit into your day to day life. I always struggle making fitness a priority but since joining it’s become such a big part of my life. Definitely recommend, such kind and supportive staff with a wealth of knowledge!

Fantastic experience: I can't rate Thrive highly enough. Fantastic experience: Thrive is a unique training space with friendly 121 training for people of all abilities. The exercises provided by the trainers are individual writing to cater for each client’s goals after first having a discussion on what I wanted to achieve. I always feel motivated during sessions and I am pushed in a friendly way to meet my goals. Having a 121 coach who is approachable and has deep knowledge of both training and diet is a winning combination. I am time pressured in life and this is highly recommended to maximise results.

Fantastic experience: Training with Thrive has been a total revelation for me, as someone who never got on with the gym and was not sporty at school. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with THRIVE 2-3 times a week for six weeks now and it’s been so great for me both physically and mentally. Due to other commitments I hadn’t properly exercised for around 2 years - it’s easy to lose confidence after such a long time but the whole team have made me feel so comfortable, welcome and really enjoy fitness again. Fantastic experience: I started training with Josh and Kimberley because it was getting difficult to go for a run in the winter weather. I hate gyms so didn’t know what to expect but somehow they manage to keep me motivated, the classes are fun and they are extremely attentive to ensure exercises are done properly to avoid injuries, so this far I am having a good time and plan to stay for longer. Fantastic experience: Josh is an excellent trainer , didn't ask too much but measured and well prepared in getting me to know the difference between 7 out of ten and 9 out of ten for how difficult I was finding the weights, always felt better for improving Did two weeks on two weeks off 3 times a week after not being in a gym for three years and it was really worth it.
