Fantastic experience: Started prime gym 6 month ago has been to few gym before joining and never felt comfortable was thinking of just leaving the gym thing as I was just coming back from being not well in a vulnerable position place. Alan the manager asked me my story asked me what I’m looking for from a gym and really took time to listen. Since joining PRIMEgym I am in best shape of my life confident again and full of energy Alan is now my PT coach not only does he look out for me with my training he takes time to find out how I’m doing out with the gym. If ur looking for a place to go be Austin’s and family felt community and have loads a laughs along the way come down to PRIMEgym if ur looking get in shape or just to relax in sauna or have a chat to great community of people staff and customers.

Fantastic experience: Started the gym on Thursday a nervous wreck but the staff were more than friendly, Big Al took me under his wing, been training every morning afore work , told him my goals I want to achieve he's changed my life in so many ways in only some many days. If your wanting to get in shape I would highly recommend this gym , it's like a second family everyone helps each other . Even if your having a bad day all the staff and trainers couldn't be more helpful ❤️ Wide range of supplements, nutritions and prep meals available and coaching. I would highly recommend PT training if your wanting to show your true potential

Alan and the team welcome all new members they are always friendly and chat away with everyone so makes people especially females feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: After being at a different gym and not seeing results I joined Prime Gym not only seeing results but fitness has improved. Alan and staff are the best that I could ask for nothing is too much trouble for them. They go out their way to help and give you the best advice. Huge range of protein powder, bars and juices to choose from. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, like a family. Equipment is great, changing rooms, tanning booth, sauna and steam room all available. Good range of supplements available, and the guys are very knowledgeable on the products.

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym today as my gym I currently use is closed for refurbishment from the minute I walked in the door I was made to feel very welcome by all members of staff including the owner who also helped me during my session. The kit on hand has been very well selected and a pleasure to use it's mainly all primal pieces highlights wer the primal hack/leg press and the primal smith machine/power rack as they wer very versatile looking in my opinion with so many options of ways you could use them I haven't tried the sauna but I will on my next visit.overall great gym versatile kit very tidy nothing lying around and great staff and will be back in future for another day pass .

Fantastic experience: A gym that's away a million miles away from the large corporates we're surrounded with, a lot of investment has went into the equipment and with a sauna and steam room makes it the best value gym in the Lanarkshire and Glasgow area. If you haven't tried prime your missing out !!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever set foot in, the atmosphere and sense of community is something I have never experience before, everyone talks to everyone as u get to know them as time goes on in the gym making you want to come back as soon as u leave. Kyle the gyms owner os the best guy ul meet in ur life and always has time to help everyone and even listen to their problems outside the gym. I have went from 24 stone to 17 stone in this gym. Trust me wen a say u will leave here the Hest version of yourself.

Fantastic experience: One of the things I love about Prime gym is the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff and fellow members. For me it’s important to feel welcomed and supported when I’m working out. Plus, having good equipment, a sauna, sunbed and steam room is an added bonus! All this for £20 a month is amazing..
