A one of a kind training facility located in Englefield Green, Surrey, offering industry-leading coaching, premium equipment and a highly motivating, inclusive atmosphere. While it's true that we do have a proven track record of success, and operate out of an incredible facility that boasts a full Eleiko fit-out, that's not what sets us apart. What sets us apart at the Coopers Hill Training Club is that we care. Fantastic experience: An absolutely first class small group training gym with first class kit, really great people of all ages and, in Phil, a superb coach. Training programmes are targeted to individual needs and capabilities, and everyone I’ve seen there has made huge progress. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and welcoming environment with superb fitness instruction from Philip who is a very personable and committed personal trainer. I have been going to Coopers Hill Personal Training for more than 3 years now with great results and hopefully will continue for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to the 6 week challenge after struggling to find my motivation for exercise for some time. I was looking for something that held me accountable for turning up, that wasn't intimidating and that focused on strength training with elements of nutritional advice . 6 weeks at Coopers Hill training did all the above and more! The sessions were tailored to each participants' stage and ability whilst maintaining a sense of community and team spirit. The sessions available are regular and so fit into my demanding work and home schedule. All those already members or on a plan were so welcoming and friendly. My aim was to build exercise into my routine and to enjoy it. I massively achieved this goal and can honestly say I loved every minute! I highly recommend Phil and Coopers Hill Personal Training to all; whether youre new to strength training or an old hand looking for a social environment to work out in.‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love working with Coopers Hill Training Club! They go above and beyond to make sure every member feels included, regardless of their fitness level. The workouts are challenging but always enjoyable, and they know exactly how to motivate without being overbearing or shouty. Philip is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes sure you’re doing the exercises safely and effectively. A recent bonus is the in-house nutritionist, who provides fantastic, practical advice that really complements the training sessions. I always look forward to my workouts here and leave feeling energised and ready to take on the day. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this gym enough! Phil has created such a welcoming and supportive environment that makes every workout something to look forward to. When I first started, I was really anxious, but Phil’s kindness and encouragement quickly put me at ease. Every session is challenging yet achievable, and I always leave feeling proud of what I’ve accomplished. Phil pushes you to reach your goals while making sure you’re comfortable and confident throughout the process. It’s also a huge relief not having to plan my workouts – Phil takes care of everything, so all I need to do is show up and give it my best. This gym has completely changed how I approach fitness, and I’m so grateful for it!

Fantastic experience: Small group training - never more than four - means motivation from the others in the group as well as from the coach, Philip. The program changes in totality every four weeks and each week we push further than the last. There is always an alternative found if a particular exercise causes a problem (such as my bad knees). With a small group, we can even persuade Philip to play some decent music from time to time! If you have struggled in big gyms, don't really want one on one and benefit from engaging with your peers as well as the coach, then Coopers Hill Training Club is definitely one to try. It also helps that Philip is a thoroughly good guy, works hard, is creative and gets his clients to go further than they ever thought possible.

Fantastic experience: Great environment, good equipment and amazing sessions! Phil is very patient, knowledgable and professional and the classes are second to none, some of the best I’ve ever attended! Appreciate all the encouragement with my Hyrox training, love the set up, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best gym programme I have ever attended. Throughout the years (I’m in my 50’s now) I’d signed up for numerous gyms but hardly ever attended, the 1:1’s were always boring and not very motivational. With Phil I am with a couple of others for each of the three sessions a week, which makes the time fly as you get to do it together in a small group. Been going now for 2 years and have loved the whole journey so far. Here’s to many more years of the same. Thank you Phil, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend coopers hill training club , I can honestly say it’s the best thing I ever did was to join, it has helped my health and mind , from a beginner to advanced Philip has the ability to customise to each individual , absolutely love the sessions , lovely atmosphere, fantastic equipped gym , never in a million years would I thought I would love exercise he’s a miracle worker !

Fantastic experience: Coopers Hill was just what I needed to get me focused and enjoying training again. Philip is a really knowledgeable trainer and a thoroughly nice guy as well. Loved the small training groups and varied plans. Would recommend it to anyone at any level of fitness. If you're just starting out or experienced, Phil will challenge you and get you to your goals. And the gym itself is really well equipped and comfy, no more queuing for machines!!! No hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Get booked in, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best investment you can make! Over the years, I've struggled to find something I enjoy in the fitness world. There are no words to describe how incredible Philip is at Coopers Hill. It’s such a positive and welcoming environment. There is an insane amount of effort and care that goes into these classes and the one-to-one nutrition that Philip provides. I look forward to it every week! You will enjoy the classes and leave feeling great. Physically and emotionally, it has improved my health dramatically. All classes are for mixed abilities and you will make amazing friends!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always loved the gym but started at Coopers Hill after having my daughter and feeling very unfit. Within a few months I was back to loving it and feeling myself again. Phil has so much knowledge about all areas of fitness, he not only adapts for injuries but will also work on strengthening areas of weakness. His programming means you will see progression without getting bored. It’s the right balance between varied and consistent. Both my strength and fitness have improved massively. It’s what a good gym should be - challenging but fun. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: What can I say? Philip is an amazing coach, his attention to detail and personalized focus is exceptional. The classes are purposely small and the right size for individualized attention. And my fellow trainees are awesome. In the few weeks since I started I feel like I’ve made good progress. And while I still feel like not doing anything any given day, when I get to the gym I’m all in. This is exactly what most of us need, especially the motivationally challenged like me!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the training sessions with Philip! He’s knowledgable, motivational and adapts the workouts to your individual needs. The sessions are also varied which keeps it interesting! I enjoy going every week and feel my fitness has massively improved since joining this gym. Added bonus is getting the chance to train in small groups and meet new people!
