Fantastic experience: Lilly has been a brilliant coach . . I 've been with her for seven weeks now and she has been helping with weight loss management. I 've tried other diet regime's before but had no professional guidance, there for due to my own frustration s I fell on my sword every time. Fantastic experience: I've been training with Lily for approximately 6 months. My goal was to tone up and become stronger, I've certainly achieved that. We set milestones such as doing my first pull up! (Lily will certainly put you through your paces) . It's so nice to be trained by a girl, less intimidating. Lily is approachable, professional and fun to train with.
