Fantastic experience: Kathryn is a great PT, she really helps with your own personal goals and makes you feel more confident when doing class workouts. Kathryn is very friendly, passionate about her role as a PT instructer and cares for her clients.

Fantastic experience: I was a newbie to fitness before having Kathryn as my personal trainer and im so glad i did because now im at total ease of going to my sessions. She is very relatable, friendly but most importantly knowledgeable about what i need to do to get to where i want to be
Fantastic experience: If you ever wanted to try a personal trainer Kathryn is the one you need!!!!! She is beyond knowledegable about all things exercise, body and more. She has been fantastic for me with an ongoing chronic illness, I have. She creates workouts that are tailored for when I am having a good or bad day. She is joyous, and passionate about her job and super personable. Every session is great. There are also different price ranges for her sessions dependant on if you want to train 1-1,1-2 or in a group session. Of you want to train from home she also has a website jam packed with exercises to try yourself. Ever since I started with her over 2 years ago I have done nothing but recommed her to all my friends and family and would recommend you train with her too!
Fantastic experience: Had my first session with Kathryn and she was awesome! I was so close to cancelling but so glad i didn't! I would defo recommend her as i currently have one good foot and she adapted all exercises to suit. Really looking forward to my next session…thanks Kathryn!!! x

Fantastic experience: Kathryn is so friendly and knows what she is talking about. She helped me become more confident in the gym and helped me overcome my anxiety. She has helped me become stronger and i enjoy every session with her. She's amazing at pushing me when i feel like I'm struggling. She's a joy to be around and i would honestly consider her a friend. You can tell how much she loves what she does, she has so much passion in her work. I would definitely highly recommend her. I wouldn't go with anyone else x
Fantastic experience: Kathryn is an amazing PT and I couldn't recommend her enough! She helped me build my confidence in the gym and to establish discipline with my fitness. She is so easy to talk to and approach and is very knowledgeable about all things fitness so I'm never intimidated to ask her anything. Her sessions are tailored to the individual and she knows exactly when to push you or when to take things a little easier. I highly recommend her as a PT.
Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Kathryn enough! The gym lifestyle has always intimidated me and walking in was nerve-racking enough without actually going near equipment! Kathryn has been amazing creating personalised work out plans and ensuring I'm training correctly with what lines up my goals! She has been so supportive and I wouldn't have gotten past the first door let alone be able to dream of doing hip thrusts and dead lifts! If your looking at the gym group be sure to book in with Kathryn she is actually amazing and I cannot thank her enough!
Fantastic experience: Kathryn has transformed my body and given me so much confidence. When I started with Kathryn I was weak and wobbly. I thought I would have bad knees for the rest of my life. Now my overall strength is massively improved. I did not realise that increasing the strength in my legs would stop my knee problems. This has been done at a pace and with exercises that suited me. Kathryn continually impresses me with her great knowledge of all forms of exercise. I have absolute trust in Kathryn. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Kathryn was my first PT, I was always sceptical about having one as I thought it would not be worth the money or time. She definitely changed my life in only 4 months, she got me going and started on a track that I continued later on my own. I will always be grateful to her and what she has done for me. Fantastic experience: I started my one to one session with Kathryn 4 weeks ago. Although I had been going to the gym for a few months prior I lacked so much confidence in doing things I wasn’t familiar with and especially going into the free weight section as I found it far too intimidating. My goal was mainly to build confidence and to tone up. Kathryn has been great, in just the 4 week (1 session with her per week) my confidence has grown in the gym to where now I feel I can go into the every section of the gym including the free weights and use the equipment efficiently when on my own. When I first started my balance was poor and I struggled to do a single leg lunge without her holding my for support but now I can complete full sets without aids or Kathryn literally holding my hands. She is always so supportive and encouraging when you feel you can’t do anymore she always pushes you just to get those final ones in where they burn but it’s totally worth it to see the results. Each week is different with new moves and exercises so it’s always interesting and she is knowledgeable on how to target muscle groups. I would highly recommend Kathryn to anyone who is looking for that extra help, support or guidance on any level of experience of the gym.
