Fantastic experience: Great team of coaches, you get a truly personal experience doing exercises with guidance and support. A responsive team will help you if you need to rearrange your classes. Friendly environment. It has been a great experience so far.
Negative experience: On instagram- 6 weeks challenge. Only to get a phone call from completely uninterested bored lady- asking me £200, no information, talking to her was like falling asleep…
Fantastic experience: Great small group PT sessions. Friendly team, welcoming for people of any ability looking to increase strength and fitness and achieve goals. Full package of accountability including diet and nutritional advice as well as physical training.
Fantastic experience: This Club is a total revelation when it comes to getting and staying fit. The booking system on the App is very simple meaning you can always book in for a class. It’s super efficient - in and out in 40 mins with no messing around. The equipment is first class with weights stations and benches for every pair working out. The exercises are varied and structured clearly. The instructors demonstrate everything and help you with your form as well as pushing you when you are having a lazy day! Overall it’s a great atmosphere, a nice group of people of all shapes and sizes, and a routine that is practical to fit in with a busy life. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend The Club to anyone who wants to get fitter and stronger but are worried about going to the gym on their own. Everyone is welcomed, of all abilities and the coaches are fantastic at not only with encouraging you to push your self a little more each time but with adapting exercises if you have a specific issue. The format of the small groups means that you are not left out or forgotten. I was umm’d and err’d over taking the plunge but I am so glad I did. It’s fantastic ! Thanks Ben, lyndsey, Andy, Laura and Julie for all the encouragement and fun !!

Professional trainers who get the most out of you every session. Challenging, supportive and fun support. Once you join the club you won’t look back (plus they have pretty awesome merch!)
Fantastic experience: I've been at the club for nearly a year and love it, for me I needed a change in direction for my fitness and attempted weight loss, since joining I've become addicted to going, I enjoy every session which is down to the excellent coaches and the other members, its such a great placee to be !

Fantastic experience: Been going to the club for a few months now, feeling good! The best exercise we do for the abs is the constant laughs, only thing thats questionable is Aidens choice of upbeat music during the sessions
Fantastic experience: For anyone looking to get fit, The Club really is the best place! As soon as I stepped in the door for my first session I instantly felt at ease with the coaches. I joined to lose weight and to try and get some core strength to assist my running… never did I think that weight lifting would help me so much! Not only have I lost weight, I am able to run further and for longer but also my confidence has grown massively! For the first time ever… I have been confident to wear shorts… All the coaches are amazing, they give support where needed, and never afraid to push you further in order to help you achieve your goals! Massive thank you to The Club for all your efforts so far, I can’t wait to continue my journey with you!
Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 30 day challenge at The Club after losing my fitness motivation in lockdown and I am so pleased that I have! The trainers have all been amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and you really feel like you’re getting one-on-one personal training. The small group classes create a friendly atmosphere, which makes you feel at ease immediately. The training plans are fantastic, the variation keeps it interesting and enjoyable and the results are amazing. I highly recommend this club!
Fantastic experience: I spent the last few years doing a bit of strength training and running but with no real results. I’d lost my way and lacked direction and any guidance. One of my closest friends had been going to The Club for a year or so and was always tagging me in posts to get me to join but I was reluctant mainly because of time as I work full time and have a young son. But I decided to stop doing the same old thing and getting the same (lack of!) results and signed up for the 6 week challenge. The trainers are brilliant and know just when to push you or when to give alternatives and everyone is really friendly. I love the early classes as I can get my workout done and dusted before doing the school run and starting work. It’s really been the best thing I’ve done in a long time, I’m loving it! If you want to feel great about yourself, Join The Club!
Fantastic experience: The Club isn't just your average gym... it's so much more!! From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel at ease and supported by the fantastic coaches and other Clubbers. The small group sessions make it easier, as you're not waiting or fighting for equipment and are varied, well structured and enjoyable! You are also designated your own coach, who will do regular checks in and hold you accountable for making sure you attend the right number of sessions and provide nutritional advise in order for you to meet your goal/s. If you want to make a lifestyle change, become fitter and healthier, then look no further!

Fantastic experience: I joined The Club on the 6 week challenge in February 2022. This allowed me to see what it was like and to see what progress could be made in a relatively short space of time. I did 3x 40 minute sessions a week and started to track my food intake, with nutritional support from the personal trainers. There is no waiting around to use equipment like in commercial gym settings, which is a huge bonus. When 6 weeks were up, I'd lost a stone in weight and could see dramatic changes to my body shape. The classes are enjoyable and you are made to feel part of the family immediately. I've made some great friends along my journey and joining as a full member was a no brainer. I'm far stronger and fitter now than I have been in some 20 years! The journey continues....

Fantastic experience: I joined The Club this year and love the fact that the sessions are just like PT sessions but with a small group of people to keep you company and keep you motivated. There is a complete mix of abilities and ages so no one feels out of place. So glad I joined
Fantastic experience: I've only been there a couple of times but the staff were really helpful and welcoming. It's a shame I don't live closer. I didn't feel at all uncomfortable when working out. I wanted to give a review as I think small businesses need it right now. These guys are worth the mention.

Fantastic experience: Who knew that 3 lockdowns in a gym would still be operating? Well The Club is and zoom is our friend. I initially thought that they wouldn't be as good as the classes face to face but they work! I still sweat and feel good afterwards. The team are friendly, professional and supportive to each individual and adapt exercises of required. The Club have helped keep me motivated in a world of crazy and with the introduction of a combat fit class on a Friday, it's a great way to de-stress after a tough week, swiftly followed by pilates. Never really been a gym person but they have changed my perception on fitness and nutrition and I look forward to the doors reopening when they can but until then I will continue to enjoy the classes on zoom and virtually work out the the help and support of The Club instructors and other members
Fantastic experience: Fabulous set up with very personalised and professional training. All the trainers get to know you and quickly adapt for your specific needs, even in group training. I’m making significant progress with my strength and general fitness. Great sense of community with the other members driven by active WhatsApp groups. And during lockdowns the classes have continued online very effectively - helped by the Club lending out dumbbells and kettlebells. Quick responses to nutrition, exercise and injury questions and issues. Overall 5* ++
Fantastic experience: The Club aren’t just another gym. It’s a whole community who are there to help you achieve your goals and keep you motivated. They do this in a professional manner whilst making it fun and enjoyable. The trainers help to push you to new limits whilst keeping you safe. For anyone thinking they want to improve their fitness and overall health then this is the place to be, especially if you want awesome results.
Fantastic experience: Hands down, best studio and choice I’ve made for my personal training. Small and private gym that feels more personal. A special shout out to one of the trainers- Ben KnightTrainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommend both the gym sessions as well as the Virtual training sessions- expertly developed HIIT workouts-new and engaging plus a lot more!! There are classes offered in the morning and in the evening – good, varied range of different options. I look forward to participating in every session and always feel amazing when I leave. This gym and club has the best energy with great people and great results!
Fantastic experience: The Club is far from your average gym! It's got great kit and provides closed training sessions which keep you focused and can be tailored to your needs. The club members provide support and a real community for each other and the coaches work you hard and keep you having fun. During the lockdowns, the support the Club team have provided their members has been amazing, with kit loan, workshops, mobility sessions and pilates. You'd be hard pushed to find a better place to train.
Fantastic experience: This is one of those Clubs you sign up for the 6 week course, and 3/4 years later, you’re still there, part of the family! Fantastic trainers, who give you all the time you need to show you exercises, discuss nutrition with you, tailor things to your needs/ability and motivate you like no other! You honestly couldn’t ask for more or better! You are made to feel welcome from the minute you arrive. I could not recommend The Club highly enough!
Fantastic experience: Been a member since 2019 and can't rate them enough. Great atmosphere and structured sessions have seen my strength and overall fitness increase drastically. Adapted through Covid pandemic to create a variety of Zoom classes for all. All the trainers are professional, knowledgeable and make sessions rewarding and fun. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to challenge and achieve proper fitness goals.
Fantastic experience: Warm and welcoming place with great facilities and equipment. I have been going here for over 2 years, working with Ben on my fitness goals, he tailors my sessions based on what i want, a very easy PT to work with and very approachable. The Club also offers a great sports massage service which has helped me with my many football injuries.
Fantastic experience: I used to think I was fit but an injury made me realise I was neglecting strength training. I am so glad I found The Club. This is an amazing group of trainers who really understand fitness and health. When not in lockdown the training facilities are fantastic, with individual workout pods with a program focusing monthly on a key area so you see progress. During lockdown the support is off the scale! Zoom classes, individual plans, nutritional advice and challenges. All of it keeping us physically and mentally fit. Even with injury they have been there to adapt and support me. And the biggest thing... the sense of community and family. Everyone supports each other, picks each other up when we are down and celebrate victories however small. So glad I found The Club and would recommend to all!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to work out. Have joined many gyms and go for 2 months, drop out and then carry on paying for a year for something I don’t use. I’ve now been going to The Club for 2 years, 3 sessions a week which should tell you all you need to know about how friendly it is, how varied the workouts are, how you improve and how the instructors really help to make a difference. Oh, and there’s usually a 6 week plan you can sign up for so that you can try without committing to a full year. Highly recommended as a gym, a way of exercising and a weight loss regime that actually works.
Fantastic experience: I love The Club. I’ve been a member for almost 3 years. I’m stronger, more confident in my body, I’m more able and definitely happier as my work out chums are my friends now. Trainers are committed and approachable. They are all there to help you deliver your best as they give you, their best.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic fitness opportunity, excellent instructors and strong team to support you in all aspects of improving or maintaining your fitness. The classes are fun and always full of encouragement. Lots of peer support as well which makes a really sense camaraderie.

Fantastic experience: Normally hate exercise, but love these structured classes. Great trainers that really help you be the best you can be. Small groups of people mean there's a great atmosphere and camaraderie and 40 minute sessions of weights and cardio mean you leave every session on a high. Amazing how quick you get fit and watch your body change.

Fantastic experience: Fitbody in 6 is a great way to tone those wobbly bits, lose weight, feel fitter, be fitter and meet new people. The classes challenge at your level of fitness to increase and motivate you to meet the goals you want to achieve. The food plan is tasty and doesn't leave you feeling hungry. It's never boring as is going to the gym on your own
Fantastic experience: A lifestyle change that really does change your life! The training is exceptional and the results are phenomenal. I was sceptical of the diet and can honestly say I am never hungry and feel so much better in general and stronger and fitter. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fit Body in 6 to everyone.
Fantastic experience: Love training with Lyndsey and Ben. The cycling studio is brilliant whether its a virtual class or instructor led, I always feel like ive had a great workout in a small class environment. In previous years Lyndsey has helped me train for a marathon, personalising my training and diet and helping me recover with sports massage.
