Fantastic experience: Booked a class while in Brighton for a couple of days. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I felt right at ease. Really loved the class, it was challenging and fun. There is a screen which shows you how fast and how heavy you are going based on colours, which is helpful. I will definitely book a spinning class at Roguecycle again when visiting Brighton.

Fantastic experience: The best spin studio ever! Pete and the team are so welcoming and friendly! I’ve struggled for years to stick at exercise, I find the gym way too overwhelming and anxiety inducing but I’ve stuck with this for almost 2 years now. Couldn’t recommend more! Makes you feel amazing and right at home. As if you’re spinning with a group of mates. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best spin class I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of spin classes! Basically a Saturday morning rave with such good energy, the time flew by and that’s saying something. Also a massive shout out to the instructor Pete!!

Fantastic experience: This has been one of my happy places in Brighton. The staff is so friendly and the classes give you all the serotonin you need (especially in winter). I will recommend this place forever.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the starter pack of three lessons and had my first one this morning. I was met by Pete, one of the owners and instructors, who was very friendly and accommodating, taking the time to explain everything to me and to help me set up the bike. The friendly vibe in this place and mindset of inclusivity really made the difference to me. The bikes are very sturdy and smooth with the latest technology and the room was equipped with good AC and a great sound system. Complimentary towels, water and spin shoes were all available. The instructor was Alicia and she was great with clear instructions and a great workout. It’s never easy to go to a new gym but the team here were wonderful. I shall be a frequent visitor during my stay in Brighton, thanks, Becky

Fantastic experience: I got to go here 4 times in my 6 day stay in Brighton. The friendliest / most welcoming spin place I've been to and I loved that the instructors were all about the music. As someone that prefers to spin to electronic music and beats I really liked the selections the instructors brought. I also appreciated the UI for tracking your cadence / power output in the class. It wasn't presented as a leaderboard or as a competition but it still could be used to motivate you to work harder to stay in a higher exercise zone. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Roguecycle is by far the best spin studio I have ever been to. The classes are fantastic. Procecco Friday being my absolute favourite! It’s such a great way to start the weekend and puts me in such a good place. Everyone that works there is fun, friendly & knowledgeable. They are always on hand to help and all the equipment is top notch.. & the music is always 10/10!! If you’re thinking of booking onto a class.. you WONT regret it!

Fantastic experience: Can't keep myself from coming back for more! The instructors are fun and knowledgeable. Rogue Cycle has a wide range of classes from performances all the way to disco bops. Competitively priced classes with good discounts on bulk purchases. Big props to Pete, Alexx and Coco for their enthusiasm, their classes are not to be missed. Couldn't recommend this spin studio enough. Big love to all the guys at Rogue Cycle!

Fantastic experience: OMG - Spin Cycle with a difference!! I used to hate spinning, sat on a bike for 45 minutes, desperately wishing each moment would pass. Now I am a changed woman, I live to spin! The team at Rouge were so welcoming and from the moment I stepped through the doors (and was personally greeted) I knew I had found somewhere special. They offer a truly personal touch and really, really care. Highly recommend for advanced people who want training with metrics and newbies who are a little hesitant. You are made to feel safe and welcome.

Fantastic experience: This place is a find - Great classes with a super friendly team who work hard to make everyone feel welcome, and who clearly love what they do. The studio is clean, well-equipped and conveniently located studio next to the station. Book early - it’s popular and with really good reason.

Fantastic experience: I have now been going to Rogue cycle for nearly a year and I am obsessed with the Spin classes here as they're the best in Brighton by far! Each instructor has their own funky style and they're extremely motivating. My favourite classes include Disco, Drum n Bass and R&B but they have something for everyone! Cycle Rhythm is so much fun and Cycle Performance really pushes your stamina. I cannot recommend this enough!!!!

Fantastic experience: We went to Rogue Cycling for one of their Rhythm spin sessions whilst on holiday and it was great fun. Alex was an excellent instructor, giving clear guidance and brilliant motivation throughout the class. Santi was a friendly and helpful front of house. The facilities are the best I've been to for a spin class: cleat hire included, comfortable bikes with all the data you could want and amazing lighting giving it a nightclub atmosphere. If you're ever in Brighton I'd definitely recommend visiting!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding spin cycle studio, first class instructors to keep the motivation and enthusiasm going, brilliant sound system, great lighting, superb sound system and most importantly the best spin bikes I’ve used. I’ve been to a several spin studios and classes over the last ten years and this is the best so far, really nice and friendly attitude of both instructors and attendees, great location right by the station with the car park near by and also secure bike parking underneath. Seriously if you’re looking for a spin class in Brighton don’t bother going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Rogue is definitely the best cycle studio in Brighton by far! (Or anywhere else that I’ve been to so far and I’ve been to a few). Brilliant energy, and every class and instructor is , they actually make it impossible to choose! (How many is too many to come to per week, would genuinely go to them all ). Everyone is so friendly and you can tell it’s run by people that really know their cycling - the bikes are first class, you can use digital screens to track your performance, the music playlists are always epic and they are always happy to give advice or help with anything. There is also a really great mix of people - from experienced cyclists to beginners, I always feel super welcome. Also it’s a really clean studio with socially distanced bikes. You can also use the indoor studio or outdoor terrace - love being able to do a class outside. So happy to have found it - can’t wait to go each week!

Fantastic experience: Amazing indoor cycling experience. Love the performance class; excellent for getting to know your numbers, gaging your levels and seeing improvement over the weeks! The whole team is super friendly and unpretentious. They'll help you out if it's your first time, and there's just a great vibe about the place; the friendliest workout in town!

Fantastic experience: Roguecycle is brilliant! They have top quality bikes ( best I’ve seen anywhere) , excellent instructors, friendly and welcoming staff and a perfect location. I would recommend Roguecycle classes to everyone from experienced and Uber fit cyclists and beginners keen to give it a try. Made me feel really at home from my first class and now I’m a regular! Can’t wait to get back in the studio!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant, friendly team. Super fun classes and all genuinely different. The studio is really well located and they do a great job of cleaning in between classes, all bikes are socially distant from each other. I love the hi-tech bikes and digital displays that I have never come across before in other places, and allows me to track my progress. Would recommend highly, can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: A great evening at Rogue Cycles. We were in Eastbourne visiting friends and I didn’t want to miss the bike session I had in my training plan. It was great to be able to drop into a 45 minute class. My friends were beginners and the instructor helped them and put them at ease. It set our Friday night off with a bang. The showers, towels and products meant we could get ready for going out after. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I've done the spin class with Lois at this new studio, bikes are great, sound system is spot on and the lighting is excellent. The shoes make the spinning more effective too. Highly recommend this class.

Fantastic experience: Great new Eastbourne venue. Different to other gym offerings in town. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Keep you motivated and make it fun. Pay as you go helps me be flexible about when I can work out according to the rest of my schedule, which I love.

Fantastic experience: Awesome new studio in Eastbourne. I was never a fan of indoor bikes as always found them uncomfortable and clunky... until now, the bikes at Rogue are amazing! The sound system and instructors are another level with great showers and everything you need provided including cycling shoes!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my classes here. The instructors are very helpful, enthusiastic and made the classes very fun and enjoyable. The changing rooms are exceptional with sanitary products freely available for women, hair ties, towels, shampoo, conditioner and ghd straighteners! Would highly recommend this fitness studio and I will definitely be back.
