Fantastic experience: I joined the 6 week challenge after seeing an add whilst walking past the studio on the first day of starting a new job and not making it home in time for my usual gym classes - best decision I have made for myself. I feel fitter and stronger than I have since having my young family, I’ve lost a few kgs but most importantly I feel great in body and mind. The classes are small and friendly, and designed to make you work hard in a short session. I enjoy having a dedicated PT who keeps me accountable and on track and most importantly is friendly and encouraging. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get strong and feel great. 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend and rate the trainers and set up at HPT. The trainers are all so welcoming and encouraging (to people of all fitness and experience levels) and the sessions are varied day to day so it doesn’t get stale. The programming can be easily modified to make things harder or easier, so you see people lifting all different types of weights whilst getting the work done. Size of class is six max (perfect) and I’m hooked! A special shout out to Adam for being very responsive and encouraging over message. Can’t wait to do more sessions in the new year.
Fantastic experience: I joined to take the 6 week challenge and halfway through I saw a real change to my body shape, strength and energy levels. So much so, that I have now signed up as a full time member. The PT team strike the perfect balance between being patient, motivating, helping you to improve your form and pushing you to reach your potential. The sessions are the ideal length with plenty of variety to keep things fresh, and the data-led nutritional support has been a game-changer. In such small groups you get the support you need without an intimidating environment and you always feel welcome. I’m genuinely enjoying the journey!

Fantastic experience: I am just finishing the 6 week program and am very happy with the results. I have never really watched my diet but the program Adam created for me has helped me understand how a healthy diet doesn't mean missing out. I have also enjoyed 3 sessions per week at the gym and all 3 trainers have been helpful with tips and corrections when necessary. I have just signed on for a further 6 months. Fantastic experience: I really love and glad that I decided to join HPT 6 weeks program! the studio is very clean, the workout menu is easy to follow, and the traineersssss all of the trainers, especially adam, are very encouraging and give very clear instruction as well. and it’s very close to my office as well so it’s really a win win for me! haha

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 6 week program to kick start my fitness journey at 55yrs - I was nervous to start strength training at my age but there is such a supportive atmosphere with tailored goals and personalised help of the trainers. I enjoy the varied classes - it makes training easy, I would almost say it’s been fun!! Nice studio with great changing and showering facilities. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining.
Fantastic experience: I did the six-week programme at HPT and would highly recommend them. The workouts are varied and stretching. The trainers - especially Adam - are supportive and great with answering questions. The nutritional advice has been key to my own progress I think, and was personalised and pragmatic.

Fantastic experience: I signed-up for the 6 week challenge in August and have just finished the programme. it has been great. HPT provided expert advice in terms of nutrition (daily macros etc.), including comprehensive information on meals - menus, what to eat when eating out and local lunch options in the City. The nutrition programme was complemented by the small group weight circuits. I have completed two circuits a week, with the classes delivered by knowledgeable trainers. Each circuit has been different in terms of the exercises etc. Overall, the programme has enabled me to lose weight, build strength and feel altogether fitter and healthier. Many thanks to the team at HPT.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to a six week challenge with Adam. He was great. He is personable and invested. In my six weeks, I lost 3.6 kg of fat and gained 0.8kg of muscle mass. This resulted in a 3.8% reduction of body fat. However, the most critical thing was the advice and guidance I got on my nutritional intake. Adam helped me find a dietary regime that fitted into my life. He trained me in keeping track of my calories. This is not an easy thing to do. At my mid point assessment, I had actually lost muscle mass and this was not ideal which meant that my body fat percentage didn't come down. We had to tweak a few dietary issues and this helped me improve. By the time I had my end of programme assessment, I had a strong dietary regime in place. This is what you pay the money for. This knowledge is key. I am confident that I can move forward and hit my fitness goals now that I have done this six week programme and I am very grateful to Adam for his help and support.

Fantastic experience: Just completed another 6 week challenge at HPT. It’s a super useful reset for me whenever I start slipping from good habits. Sometimes I focus more on muscle building, sometimes on fat cutting. Regardless, the sessions are super enjoyable, the fitness plan realistic and I enjoy the small group coaching but without all eyes on you alone.
Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week challenge as someone who had never, ever stepped foot in a gym before. Not only are all the trainers super welcoming but they were all brilliantly patient with me and made sure to check in with me on form etc., which I was really grateful for. The nutrition plan really worked for me and coupled with the gym sessions I was super happy with my results at the end of the 6 weeks. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at HTP Bank. I initially came in with a goal but was slightly unsure of how to achieve it. After speaking with Adam, we developed a clear plan and a pathway to reach it. There were regular check-ins, and he was always available to answer any questions via the app. The other trainers are also excellent – in particular, Rich, who makes each session enjoyable while still pushing you to do your best.
Fantastic experience: I joined HPT on a 6 week challenge…the format, culture, and approach to personal training has been so exemplary I intend to train for 6 more weeks (and maybe more)!! The classes are challenging yet adaptable and push you to achieve more than you thought you could. Adam - who served as my coach - was great. Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed doing the 6 week challenge with HPT! The nutrition guide + accountability coach was really helpful, and I especially loved doing the workouts. Workouts are fast and efficient and you can truly see your progress week after week. The coaches are great during the workouts as they 1) teach you how to do the workouts properly and correct your form, and 2) challenge you each time to lift slightly heavier, meaning you get more progress then you would on your own. Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and highly recommended. I’ve just completed the 6 week challenge and I’ve been very pleased with the results. The small group format works really well. Each training session is well designed and the variety of exercises over a number of sessions is impressive. Sessions start on time, all the equipment is ready, the exercises are demonstrated and the PT stay attentive throughout to help with technique, motivate and push you. In terms of mental effort, you just book and show up – they take all the thinking and planning out of it, and make you do the work – which is exactly what I want! The exercise/nutrition plan put together by HPT has proved to be far more sustainable than I expected. There’s really nothing ‘extreme’ about it – unlike my previous weight loss attempts which ignored strength work and relied far too much on excessive running, ultimately proving unsuccessful over the long term. Without hesitating, I’ve decided to keep going, sticking pretty much to the plan created for the 6 week challenge. Special shout out to the PTs – Adam, Rich and Jose.

Fantastic experience: HPT has been a really great programme to join, love the convenience of a central City location with lots of time slots and flexibility. The small group classes mean I can get the help I need when I need it, but also have the other class members to help push me and/or offer sympathy for those tough exercises. The contact and nutrition advice has also been super helpful, I am well on my way to changing my diet and realising it's not that hard to do. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend HPT training for a holistic approach to fitness that represents great value. Small group training means the trainers are consistently aware of your progress and pushing you on, and in app you get accountability on your nutrition and extra weight training and cardio ‘homework’. Fantastic experience: I've never done a PT programme and always been sceptical whether these get the results they say they do. And absolutely yes HPT does! Small classes of 6 so you get 1-1 coaching during the sessions (Rich is great at encouraging you to push yourself for the level up). A personalised nutrition and fitness goals programme that you are supported with and kept accountable for over the six weeks (Adam, superstar coach!). And the vibe is fun, high energy and inclusive. I look and feel great. So much so I am sticking with the team now the 6 weeks are officially done.

Fantastic experience: I undertook the HPT 6-week challenge and am now 6kg's lighter, with more muscle and a lot less of the dreaded flab. Whilst I've trained in gyms before the attention to detail in terms of diet and nutrition planning, and the challenging small group personal training sessions really worked well for me and I would highly recommend the programme to anyone wanting to make a high impact change to their lifestyle and general well-being - just go for it! The HPT team are all friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.

Fantastic experience: I found out about HPT Bank after trying two other small group personal training programmes, neither of which were quite right for me (the first was too focussed on short-term transformation and I was intimidated by the skill level of the group in the second one). It’s fair to say this was third time lucky: Adam, Jake and Josue made me feel motivated, capable and energised from day one. I started by enrolling in the 6-week challenge and found it so effective that I did it a second time! Thanks to the help and focus of the team, I have managed to get into a consistent training and nutrition routine that I can sustain even when my work and personal life is at its busiest. The combination of frequent and varied sessions, simple technology for booking classes and accountability structures is extremely well-designed and executed. A great example of a founder-owned and managed business with a positive fitness and nutrition culture, run to the highest standards. I would recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I was nervous starting this, and felt I didn't have the will power to succeed, but the team were so supportive, it was almost like I didn't have a choice other than success! The sessions are varied, fun and personal, with a maximum of 6 people, you get individual coaching and are pushed, which is great. The Nutritional side is made easier by the depth of information you're given, so should be able to fit into any schedule. I feel so full of confidence after completing - not just because I've lost weight and body fat, but because I have a new belief in my ability to achieve what I set out to - invaluable!
Fantastic experience: Completed the 6 week challenge with Adam as my PT and I throughly recommend the program and Adam! The classes are for all levels and the instructors give lots of attention to form, along with tips re muscle building, nutrition etc. While I have done other class subscriptions elsewhere before, I prefer this blend of personal trainer with small classes (usually 4 people) and the one on one assessments, goal tracking, check-ins.
Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend HPT, if you're loooking to lose weight, gain strenght & muscle while doing it all in a healthy way. I did the 6 weeks challenge and results exceeded my expectations. The nutrition plan is well explained at the beginning and tailored to your goals/needs. You get an initial assessment and check-ins thoughout the programme, so you can really track your progress. Training sessions are on the right side of difficult - doable, but challenging in the same time. Everyone is really nice and respecful and happy to answer all your questions. I'm not a very sporty person, but have never felt as I don't belong there - the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: In the heart of the city, super focused PT 45mins sessions. If you want a programme / workout / class that’s somewhere between the focus and cost of a private PT (over £50ph in London) and just winging it solo in the gym on your own, these classes are for you. Not just getting the job done but teaching you how to progress through lifting increased weights with targeted interesting workouts (time based, with set and rep guidance) in groups of 6 or less. No high fives, or American style motivational quotes. Just clean, honest graft. In three weeks I dropped body fat and gained over half a kilo in muscle! Highly recommend a 6-12 programme with the full nutritional programme alongside to get the best results :)

The classes are capped at a maximum of 6 people, ensuring the trainers can give you personalised attention. Fantastic experience: Since the covid lockdown I've not been inside a gym. I joined the HPT's 6 week program. Their routines were refreshing. The trainers were very attentive and always made sure I performed the exercises safely. But at the same time I was encouraged to go harder. The team were always friendly and supportive. HPT is fresh and exiting and well worth it.

Fantastic experience: HPT helped me reach my goals with proper guidance and support ! They provide a safe but competitive environment to push yourself to take the extra step you have been postponing. Adam is a great support to me to my nutrition journey, always available to address any concerns or challenges.Rich is an amazing coach pushing you to reach your potential while making sure you are doing everything right. Definitely recommend trying the 6 weeks challenge if you want to make a gift to yourself!
Fantastic experience: Having made great weight and fitness gains while WFH during the pandemic, I subsequently reversed a lot of them after returning to a more office-based work pattern. Finally, in September 2024, I decided to do something about it and looked around for a City-based gym within easy reach of my workplace, with access not only to exercise classes but also nutritional advice and regular health assessments to benchmark progress, which is critical for motivation, particularly in the early stages. HPT fitted the bill perfectly, with a timetable of classes that suited my busy work schedule, a combination of weights and cardio, with varied programmes - never exactly the same workout, so you feel like your muscles are constantly being challenged. The health assessments are insightful and in-depth but don't need to take up too much time if you're in a hurry, although the friendly and accessible staff / trainers are happy to discuss in depth if you like, and keep in touch with regular motivational messages on the HPT app. They also offer good dietary advice. The HPT app, although very good on its own, connects well with my existing Fitbit. I'm not very IT-literate but the young chaps at HPT could probably sort out any tekkie questions you may have. Ultimately it's the outcomes that matter and in just under 2 months, with just 2 HPT sessions a week plus 2 at home and some more thoughtful eating, I've lost about 6kg so far - about halfway to my target - and built muscle so that the metrics look a lot better and I can now fit into some of my best clothes again. There's still work to be done but I feel confident about reaching my goals and, more importantly, I look forward to my sessions, which, to be honest, isn't always the case at gyms where, incredibly in this day and age, there are no trainers or staff on hand to assist. In summary: I totally recommend HPT. Apply yourself to their routines and dietary advice and you WILL see change. It's not rocket science!

Adam, who was in charge of my progress, is very attentive and kind, he helped my with my diet and I've been able to achieve my goal, 6.5kg less in 6 weeks! Fantastic experience: I joined HPT by signing up to their 6-week full body challenge. My goal was to ultimately lose weight as I was struggling to fit into my work clothes and I was feeling uncomfortable with my body shape. It was simple either I had to buy a new wardrobe or I had to get back into shape! The trainers are all super friendly and from day 1 they know your name and keep up with your progress through over the weeks. I would like to give a shout out to Rich who has really helped with my confidence and self-belief during this time! I have now signed up for more classes as I have made really good progress and I know I’ll reach my goals if I keep to the fitness and nutrition schedule that are specifically tailored to you.
Fantastic experience: I started at HPT with their 6 week challenge, I am a regular runner but had been putting on weight and wanted to lose weight and get into a better shape. By the end of the 6 week challenge I had lost a load of body fat and had gone down a size in my clothing. All of the trainers are brilliant, pushing me to go heavier in every class and keeping me motivated. If you need accountability and motivation to keep fit this is the place! There is endless support from your coach and the guys, nutrition advice and brilliant classes with a max of 6 people per class. The studio is fab and I love coming in for my workouts. My fitness journey with HPT has been 5* and I have stayed on as a member to continue my training. Highly highly recommend!! Thanks to the whole team!!
Fantastic experience: Wonderful 6 week challenge with HPT. Everyone was so easy to work with: great nutrition information which really changed my eating habits in less than six weeks, fabulous and varied workouts and terrific instructors who were happy to explaining the exercises to me again when I forgot what to do and pushed me to meet my goals. The whole experience exceeded my expectations- thank you!
Fantastic experience: HPT has been great, I did their 6 week challenge and thoroughly enjoyed the group pt sessions - most of which were with Jake or Richard who were both really fantastic and hugely supportive and motivating, while correcting form and helping adapt workouts where needed. This coupled with the guidance and accountability around diet and nutrition meant I saw the results I wanted and am well equipped to continue this progress consistently now- I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to kick start a fitness or weight loss journey in a really supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for 1-1 personal training in London and a friend recommended these guys, wow, way more intense than I was used to - but they get results! Did the 6 week challenge (everyone has to), dropped 7KG and a ton of body fat. Loads of support along the way from the super friendly (and super fit!) trainers, easy booking system, reasonable rates, there really was no reason not to sign up for a load more sessions - bring it on. Oh and as another bonus, I've had to go and buy a load of smaller clothes, a happy expense.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE HPT. I signed up for the 21day detox challenge and I got hooked. The support that I received was so helpful! I felt really looked after by my main trainer Adam! His support was great and for me it was the right amount of checking in. The facilities are great and the timetable works with my commitments. Both Jose and Richard are very knowledgeable trainers that helped me to push myself and never made me feel weird if I was not physically able to do an exercise due to health issues. They were always helping me with alternatives. Overall I will most certainly be back.
Fantastic experience: Had a great time training with the team at HPT for my 6 week challenge, highly++ recommend++ to anyone who's struggling to get a routine going. The meal plans and cheat sheets make it so much easier to eat healthy at work or home (and even while travelling!)

They will support you through small group sessions (max six people), nutrition advice and even a list of where to go and what to eat when you have an eat-out day. Fantastic experience: Recently completed the 21 day detox programme after winning their competition draw. Great studio and changing facilities. All of the staff were super friendly and I really appreciated the effort from the trainers to correct my technique during the classes. I have been a gym goer for years but was starting to lack any real direction or motivation to train. In just three weeks this program kickstarted my training and healthy eating. I also managed to lose weight and gain muscle. Very convenient location in the city and easy to book classes on the app. Will definitely be back, thanks!
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the small classes and the instructors. I was cynical at first but was surprised with how good I felt after each session. The individuals in the class with me were similar in try to improve their fitness levels (which were often high). Really pleased I did it. It was exactly what I needed to kick myself into the summer.

Fantastic experience: Great place to kickstart your shaping or diet plan. Budget friendly as it’s small group class instead of expensive 1to1 training. While it still manages to pay attention and track on ur nutrition and training planing. I managed to achieve my goals by focusing training itself without worrying much other stuff. It also gives you ideas and tips how to train urself well.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with HPT for about 5 months now. During this time, I have been able to find the support I needed and the results have been really great: approx -7kg and -5% body fat!

I started off with a desire to lose a few pounds before big birthday and also pretty apprehensive as never had a PT session before.
