Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in North Down, No contest! Staff and patrons are so helpful and approchable, amazing range of machines and equipment. This place is the dogs balls!

Fantastic experience: HQ is a friendly gym with a great atmosphere. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful & approachable. The equipment is high standard and continually updated and new services added regularly. Classes are led by experts in their fields and cater to all levels of abilities, everyone is welcomed. It is good value for money and being 24hr, very accessible and always clean and tidy. I never enjoyed the gym until I joined HQ, and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: HQFit is an awesome gym and I’m so glad I joined 6 months ago. It’s spacious, equipment is modern and constantly added to and staff are friendly and welcoming. It might look like “just a Hyrox gym” in some photos but that’s maybe 25% of the place (if even), the rest is bodybuilding and fitness so they really cater for everyone. There’s a handy shop for supplements or clothes and the gym’s 24/7- which I really appreciate. It’s equally great for beginners or experienced gym goers so don’t feel daunted about trying it out- you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Best gym 5* always machines available The atmosphere is friendly. Everyone helpful Staff and plenty of PTs are available to help if needing help. Toilets and shower facilities on site also a shop that stocks meals etc... also have a clothing line, which is the most comfortable and high-quality clothing, very breathable, and wash really well. Also, it is a 24-hour gym! They have lots of classes, and their recent open day was fun. Where you can bring the kids along for a great day out, (It's definitely worth a visit to see for yourself)
