Fantastic experience: I couldn’t speak more highly of this gym and the team who help run it. This gym is a gym made for athletes run by athletes. Whether you are just starting or looking to push your self, the zero team has you covered. I cannot begin to explain how refreshing it was to train along side other athletes from all different sporting backgrounds , all working towards their own individual sporting goals whilst also taking the time to support their peers around them. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and supportive and the equipment is top notch. Big shout out to Tommy who got me as physically ready for the Touch Rugby World Cup as possible, but also really grew my confidence within the S&C world and ensured good technique habits were being formed , minimising the risk of unnecessary injuries ! Also to Sandra and Jordon for stepping in wherever possible to ensure my goals were met and my training was continued to plan. What a gym , what a team ! Go Zero wales

I was initially a little nervous about joining a strength gym, but this lasted about 2 minutes after meeting the team! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent facility. I came as a drop in, but was welcomed and supported as if I was a member. The coaches were helpful and always around, the equipment brand new and top quality. Members were happy to talk and give advice. And it was twice as big as I expected!

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! There are the most welcoming and knowledgeable staff, and it has to be the most well equipped powerlifting/strength gym in the UK. With literally tonnes of Eleiko comp weights and bars, speciality bars, deadlift platforms, and custom weights machines, it has everything for the competitive powelifter to the beginner gym goer. Memberships include access to the gym 24/7 and an incredible app with top programming from some of the best coaches in the world.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up for the January £10 for 20 day trial. This included a training session with Jordan. He talked me through all the equipment, different lifts and techniques. Jordan is incredibly easy to talk to, friendly and really knowledgeable. The gym itself is amazing for powerlifting, such that I recommended it to a friend who agreed and signed up immediately. The community is fantastic, everyone supports each other even if you are a beginner and don’t have any experience. If you’re thinking about powerlifting give it a try, I highly recommend it!

The community at ZeroW Wales is so amazing, every time I train at Zero, it’s a fantastic lifting experience - the atmosphere and community are incredible. Jordan and Tommy are on hand to support during their staffed hours, and I can even train later in the evening through their 24h system.

Jam packed with top shelf equipment and the only place I've been to that has monolifts. Aside from the kit, the community that's developing my is friendly and supportive and I'm excited to see how it grows.
