Fantastic experience: I've been training with Grady every week for over a year now. When I first contacted him, I was the heaviest I'd ever weighed, lacking any confidence to go to the gym on my own or take much real responsibility for my health. Looking back, it's a testament to Grady's skill as a PT that he knew just how far to push me without ever making me feel discouraged. At the time, I wasn't ready to address my diet so we focused on getting stronger, building muscle, and getting basic techniques down. A few months ago, I reached a point where I felt ready to start putting in more effort and cleaning up my eating habits. Grady immediately adapted to my changing priorities and has provided tremendous support with this. I have recently hit my very first weight goal, having now lost 18kg since I signed up with Grady! His passion for sports has inspired me to consider signing up for other forms of exercise, which is such a huge change in mindset for me, having never really considered myself to have the potential for sports. Genuinely can't recommend Grady enough. He always varies the exercises, keeping every session different and interesting. I'm always impressed how he can make an exercise out of anything, making use of minimal equipment instead of bogging you down with different machines for every muscle group. Ask questions and make use of his knowledge because he's a walking powerhouse of knowledge on top of being super friendly and easy-going. (Bonus points for knowing how to crack a good joke and letting you play whatever music you want to listen to during the sessions!) Super grateful for how much you've helped me, Grady! Fantastic experience: I started with Grady to loose weight and inches. In just 4 weeks I lost 7lbs (3.17kgs) in weight, 2 inches from bust, 1 inch from waist, 1 inch from hips and 0.5 inch from thighs. Grady has helped me with my diet and fitness, each session with him is different. He tailors the sessions to my ability and to my goals. Two sessions are never the same. I have tried other trainers before but with no success so I would recommend Grady to anyone, he is very professional, with a online booking system which makes booking sessions very easy. Grady has been great for me, he has helped me lose weight (20.5kg in a year) and reach my target weight, which I did in May despite the lockdown. His Skype sessions during that period were different then going to the gym but every bit as effective. I am now lighter then I have been since 1998. I am a great deal fitter and have a lot more energy. When I started with Grady I was taking 2 different tablets to control my Blood Pressure but now I (after checking with the doctor) no longer need to take one of those tablets and the other one has been reduced in dosage. I have also managed to greatly reduce the number of pain killers I take for a long-term back problem. My back problem also caused tight muscles in my shoulders and neck which resulted in me having to go for a sports massage every 3 months but I have not had a massage for 10 months now. My eating habits have changed and I have found that I no longer want to go back to my old ways, but can still have a few treats without going back to the old ways! I now eat a lot of baked Salmon and more vegetables than I have ever done before. Grady has been so good for me, the gentle but firm encouragement has meant that without realising it I find myself pushing myself and not wanting to give up. I can thoroughly recommend him whatever you problem/Goal is he will get you there. I have has other personal trainers in the past but they did not work for me where Grady’s approach and encouragement works from the start. I will have no hesitation in going back to him if I ever need a personal training for any reason.

Fantastic experience: I decided to contact Grady because I had no idea how a gym works. He immediately put me at ease. I am always impressed by his considerable knowledge of sport science and his passionate and empathetic personality. He is very supportive and gives you detailed feedback on how to take maximum advantage of each piece of gym equipment and most importantly, how to use equipment safely. He always varies the equipment and routines and each session is interspersed with various games. No training session is identical. To my astonishment, Grady has managed to convince me that gym can be fun! Thank you, Grady.
Fantastic experience: Grady is a lovely trainer. Skilled in his chosen field and a competitive wrestler we all the added knowledge of anatomy this brings.
Fantastic experience: I started working with Grady with the goal of gaining more muscle mass. I find Grady very knowledgeable, he also has the skill to tailor each work to suite my ability while pushing me to the limit, the strange thing is it feels good! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Hey folk, it has been two months now and I am bigger and stronger. My advice for a guaranteed result; follow the program and more importantly stick with the diet. Work hard and have fun.

He takes the time to assess your current condition and help you build and achieve a fitness plan in a healthy way. When I developed an injury Grady helped me achieve my fitness goals while re-habilitating the injury. I have learned a lot and feel that I am now building on a better fitness foundation. It is really nice to have the one-on-one attention. I think you get a much better work out when you are being guided by someone who can make sure you are doing everything correctly and that you are pushing yourself in a healthy way. Fantastic experience: I started training with Grady as a results of a turning-forty-middle-age- crisis. Just over two months later, nearly two stones lighter and I feel amazing - best I felt in years! Grady is a great trainer, great source of fitness and nutrition related knowledge but at the same time he is not patronising. He doesn’t try to impose on you what he thinks is the only right way to feed yourself but he drops the occasional tip or remark that will actually make you rethink your attitude to food. Quite clever. What I like most about him is that he knows how to motivate me to work harder than I ever thought I could. At the same time Grady is such an upbeat, positive person, he always infects me with his optimism and despite the hard work, after each session I feel better than before.
