Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Box49 and James highly enough! It's a wonderful community where everyone is welcome and cheers each other on. James is a brilliant coach, scaling workouts to all abilities and giving you the confidence to push your limits. I've felt and seen a huge difference in myself in the year and a half I've been a member. If you're considering a trial session/joining Box49, definitely do it!

Fantastic experience: Love the sessions and love the community! Sessions are intense and well coached! James is a fantastic teacher and leads every session with the same energy. Its great to be part of a supportive group that wants everyone to succeed and get better than they were yesterday. Can say I shan’t be signing up to any high street gym anytime soon would recommend anyone to get into it!
