Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Matt has been awesome and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ve been training with Matt for over a year now and have seen a massive improvement physically. He is very flexible on time and mixes the sessions up which keeps you on top of your fitness goal. When Covid hit he was good enough to set out a fitness plan that I could follow at home whilst the gyms were closed and was still passionate about my progress.
Fantastic experience: I have never been here but the reports that I have heard I'll at it is very good very clean very efficient and very healthy experience, hi Matthew you I only live on the park called and I don't currently work due to having a problem with my knee which I am having work done on it, it might come to it where in the future I might have to use your or expertise but what I have heard into or in Nice rumours for a better word you have always had good recommendations and I wish you all the best if I need to contact you in the future regarding my knee which has been badly bruised and I am waiting till to the hospital can properly have a look at it, you have always come out as number one when I speak to people all the best Dean

Fantastic experience: Top lad Matthew has brought my fitness on leaps and bounds. This place is a nice chilled well equipped place to train, and definitely gets results.

Fantastic experience: Studio is immaculate, very organised and clean in beautiful surroundings with ample parking!! It has a large variety of gym equipment to meet everyone's personal needs. Every session is greeted with a friendly welcome . Each workout is different and adapted to personal needs and ability. Matt is professional, energetic, committed and inspirational and I cannot recommend him enough.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending MPower Yoga with Cheryl for nearly 6 months now. She has something for everyone, catering for all abilities including those with health conditions. I have found her yoga sessions very therapeutic that I have now started the 1:1 Thai yoga massages also. My husband swears by Ceryls Yin yoga classes. We find Ceryl to be very welcoming and knowledgeable. Her yoga sessions are very different to any yoga classes we have attended previously because she focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, personalising them to individuals in that session rather than following a set proforma. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Matt since a close to death accident leaving me somewhat physically debilitated. THANKS to Matt's perseverance I can now proudly say that I am incredibly fit an active with a healthy toned physique that I never thought possible

Fantastic experience: I had a 3 month session with Chris last year following an illness. The aim was to strengthen my core muscles, build stamina and give me the confidence to get back to aerobic classes. All of which and more was achieved. Fantastic experience: Matt is a fantastic motivator and I have been training with him for nearly 12 moths. During that period I have lost nearly one and a half stone and my fitness levels have improved dramatically. I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anybody who wishes to improve their general fitness levels of fitness regardless of size or age.
