AS Elite Performance

Fantastic experience: My 10 year old son has been coming here for a while to help him with his fitness and he has improved significantly and he really enjoys it, he says it’s tough but fun :) Coaches are great and the rest of the kids seem friendly. I would highly recommend it, even if you just want your children to get a bit fitter and get them away from video games, it’s a great place to start. It’s worth the money.

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending AS Elite Performance's Athletic Development Programme. Both Adam and Baz are great coaches who have an amazing rapport with all the attendees regardless of their ability. I took my son to improve his running technique. He had previously suffered with severs and a loss of confidence. From the beginning, both Adam and Baz made him feel at ease and I can see his confidence and competitiveness growing each session. They strive to get the best out of everyone attending (girls and boys) and the sessions are fun and engaging. Not to mention reasonably priced. I would highly recommend regardless of which sport your child currently plays!

Fantastic experience: Adam is absolutely brilliant at what he does and makes an instant connection with everyone he works with, regardless of their ability. He always finds something that each child can work on to improve their performance, confidence and approach to fitness/learning. He has been excellent with my son Ollie and his Shevington Sharks team.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Adam. He has supported my teenage daughter coming back from a broken ankle and she has returned able to run even quicker but more importantly with confidence. Very professional and friendly.
