Fantastic experience: A small, intimate setting with high level of professionalism and expertise. The pilates classes are amazing! A small class, tailored to each individual clients needs/level which you dont get in a larger setting. I've noticed a significant improvement in both my mindset and core strength already after only 4 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I had damaged my rotator cuff and Sam immediately helped through massage therapy, rehabilitation exercises and taping up the shoulder! All the staff are extremely friendly and highly skilled! Whether you need a one-off treatment or continuous help, I can't recommend Pinnacle Health enough!

Fantastic experience: I've had Osteoarthritis for a number of years and through word of mouth I made an appointment to see Leanne for a deep tissue massage after which I had a one to one with Jess. I explained all my health issues and jess offered to put me on a pathway programme. I've been on the pathway programme for a few months and it has been the best decision I've made regarding my health. The difference i am presently experiencing in my movement and flexibility is just unbelievable. I am 70 years old so it's never to late. I can't recommend the Pinnacle staff of Jess, Leanne and Sam enought to help with your mobility issues. Pinnacle Health..... Kind, caring, considerate and amazing.

Fantastic experience: Jess, Leanne, and Sam, and the whole team are very professional, they go above and beyond to assist you and start with a gentle exercise and slowly build your strenght and confidence, Leanne, is tops for a deep tissue massage. I had a problem with my lower back, and got the massage followed by acupuncture, and the pain has been so much more bearable,. It's not just a gym, its like family taking care of you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here twice both with sports-related injuries with MMA, (a heavy combat sport where injuries are common) and i got amazing treatment from the physios, on both occasions, I was able to return to training very quickly with the correct physio provided by the brilliant staff at Pinnacle. Couldn’t reccomend them more!

Fantastic experience: I received a course of vitamin B complex injections from Leeanne. To say that it has improved my overall health and wellbeing by 50% would be an understatement. Money well spent. The team at Pinnacle Health are pleasant and professional. I would have no hesitation passing on a recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Having been troubled with back & sciatica pains I was recommended to go to Pinnacle Health NI outside Antrim. I had a lengthy consultation where I was put on a bespoke rehabilitation package and received physiotherapy, massage and strengthening & conditioning in their in-house gym! A total all-round package with everything I needed! I have since been keeping on top of my health by becoming a member with the Pinnacle Prevent membership package which they offer for long term wellbeing! Absolutely brilliant Practice with friendly welcoming faces. Oh and great Parking! Thanks Pinnacle!

Fantastic experience: I attended pinnacle health Ni I had a trapped nerve in my neck and was in constant pain ..i received physio treatment from jess and leeanne who are both extremely professional and very helpful , they went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was corrected and also give me a after care plan to do at home ...I would highly recommend pinnacle health NI to anyone 10/10

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Pinnacle Health highly enough. Do not be fooled by the youth of some of the team, it means they are right at the forefront of the latest thinking and treatments, while still having more experienced colleagues to learn from. Eimear and Sam were exceptional and were able to fix a problem in my shoulder in just a few weeks, and Sam was able to deal with issues in my back which i thought were beyond repair and which I have had for decades. I can honestly say he provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever had, not just in this country but across the world. He is knowledgable, talented, passionate about his profession and excellent at his job. He is so good that I have sent other members of my family to him, who agree with my assessment of his ability, and I signed up for a year’s supply to maintain the pain-free status I now have. A great team.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Jess. Absolute professional. Has rehabed me back from serious ankle ligament damage, ACL surgery and meniscus tear to name a few. Each time knew exactly how to get me back into shape and back to sport. I now take my daughter will full confidence she's getting the best treatment there is.

Fantastic experience: I went to Leanne for 3 injection course of B12, I can honestly say it works, I'm feeling a lot more energy, don't feel like by mid afternoon I need to lye down. I getting full night sleeps not waking several times during night. What the biggest surprise of all it helped with my Raynauds. My hands are not cutting off blood circulation so bad there losing colour and going numb when cold, witch is amazing as it had become very frustrating. I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Everything about this place is tops, I was SO excited to see it open last summer. From back trouble to helping me shift some weight & convert belly chonk into dimples, I can say with my hand on my heart that everyone here has a shared vision and goal- to help people achieve great things, be that pain management or improving mobility, fitness and nutritional support, everyone wants to help you achieve & have positive results. We all have to be realistic when it comes to self care- we are all usually pretty bad at it! PH have taken everyone that comes through the door under their wings, and are helping me be a better version of myself. Balance is everything, there’s no crazy rules or regulations, it’s about you being ready for help and taking it. I’ve been for physio, sports massage, currently on my second fitness and nutrition programme and trying acupuncture. Class wee place I can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Having had knee pain for a few years I decided to try acupuncture for the first time at Pinnacle Health NI. I'm glad my first experience with this kind of treatment was with Jess because she explained how it works and what the goals of each treatment were in a way that I could easily understand. She makes me feel very comfortable at my appointments and, most importantly, the results of each treatment continue to ease my knee pain and motivate me to continue coming back to Pinnacle Health NI for further acupuncture. My knees feel so much better I even decided to book into Pinnacle's gym for some training!

Fantastic experience: I attended a HIT class with my sister recently, hosted by Ashleigh from Pinnacle Health. The class was technically challenging, had a variety of obstacles / stations for a full body workout. Ashleigh was a superstar, made me feel at ease for a first timer to this facility and helped correct my posture when required. The small class sizes are great for an intimate, informal and inclusive workout. Today, I had booked in for a sports massage (also performed by Ashleigh) and wow, what an experience. Highly recommend!! Fair to say Ashleigh is not just an expert at what she does, but an asset to Pinnacle Health. She even gave me some advice and guidance on strength training during our session

Fantastic experience: Called up to get b12 injections. After getting COVID in November I struggled with fatigue and brain fog. I was sleeping at night but feeling unrested in the morning. My body felt out of sorts. I was recommended these injections by the lovely Leeanne and can absolutely say that with getting these injections I have felt better. My fatigue lifted and I felt like I had slept when I woke up. I actually contacted Leeanne after the 3rd injection to ask was it possible that these injections can lift my mood and help my nail growth. I noticed after getting COVID my nails would snap easy and not grow as quick. I work in the NHS so I always have to keep my nails short. I haven't needed to cut them back in months. Now within 2/3 weeks they have grown and are strong. I would recommend these injections and pinnacle health..Leeanne was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. Even with contact after the injections she was extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: Been using Pinnacle Health's various amenities since it opened .My wife and I have gym sessions with personal trainer James . He's been extremely helpful with our fitness/weight loss journey. Also as I suffer from a bad back Jess and Ashleigh's deep tissue massages are excellent , couldn't praise the place and friendly staff enough.

Fantastic experience: A great team who always make it possible for my son to be in the best condition for the demands of his sport. Getting on top of the injuries he encounters, providing support and rehab. With follow up programmes so it shouldn't reoccur.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars all round. I first went to Jess with neck and shoulder problems, from a previous injury. I had been to various, physios, chiropractors, osteopaths and even tried acupuncture, over the years, ALL who where unable to alleviate my pain totally. After a friendly and brief chat about my injuries, Jess set to work. and after only 2 sessions Jess had worked her magic, I had less pain ! After several more sessions, I was totally pain free for the first time in years ! I walked out a very happy man :-) I have been to Jess several times since, with different wee niggles, and as always Jess was able to sort them out. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

They maintain such a remarkable level of professionalism whilst also making you feel right at home. Ashleigh is an absolute gem. The difference she has made to my back in just a few visits is phenomenal. There’s also a wee room with a water feature which is not to be missed! Can’t recommend these guys enough, and I can’t wait to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: My dad had very painful legs, possible sciatica. Went to Pinnacle Health for physio and this helped him so much. The treatment and exercises given were a godsend. He felt much better and pain subsided. Jess and her team were fantastic and gave great aftercare and customer service. Would highly recommend.
