Both are extremely helpful with all things training and nutrition, the GSN meals they have instore are 10/10 and worth the price, easy to follow instructions and they taste fab!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with modern equipment and everything you need for your workout. Staff are very friendly and always available for help and advice. There are loads of classes to for all types of workouts even early morning ones for people who like to go before work. Clean and spacious changing rooms with showers. I travel far to go to this gym as it's the best in the area by far.

It’s amazing value for money, has a really good vibe, has a great range of well-maintained equipment, it’s spotless and everyone is so friendly… especially Isaac. I simply cannot recommend it highly enough…if you genuinely want to do something about your fitness levels then this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: I've trained in several gyms across the UK, but Trench Fitness offers it all. A great selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment along with functional fitness equipment. Aside from that, the knowledge and support from the TrenchTeam is second to none.

Fantastic experience: Well, I stumbled into Trench Fitness, and let's just say it's a whole new world for this couch potato. As a graphics designer and photographer, I usually deal with pixels, not dumbbells. But hey, Trench Fitness is like the Disneyland of exercise! The staff here is like the Avengers of personal trainers - friendly and encouraging. I'm not saying I've turned into a fitness guru overnight, but they make the gym feel like a second home for us non-gym folks. Highly recommend for an adventure beyond your comfy sofa!
