Fantastic experience: Lower and core today and wow what a workout! All the classes at Circuit Society really set me up for the day and make me feel energised! I love how each station varies and are only 6mins of varied intensity and then we move on! Everyone’s so lovely too

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Super welcoming from the moment you arrive. The workouts are varied and fun, and with the trainers all being so warm and approachable I've always felt comfortable asking for advice if I feel I need to scale an exercise to my ability. Can't recommend Circuit Society enough!

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience at Circuit Society St Albans! I've never done circuits before and to be able to do so many diverse exercises in 45 minutes was great. There was a wide spectrum of fitness levels in the class and I was really impressed with the trainers ability to tailor guidance and enthusiasm to all fitness levels. Will definitely go again!
