Fantastic experience: Having joined Cathrin and the group at “At Your Peak” earlier in the summer I haven’t looked back! I started with the six week Kickstarter programme and am now a monthly member! The ethos and whole approach of the gym is one of inclusion, support and meaningful changes to your lifestyle so you can be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself! The nutritional support and guidance for Cathrin has helped me make more mindful choices and be more aware of the food I’m consuming to break to stigma of “good” and “bad” foods but to focus on the best nutrition. The classes are small which allows great support from the trainers so you can get the most out of each workout and also progress within each class. As for the other members - a fantastic group of women who have a laugh and a chat whilst we are there! I couldn’t recommend more!
Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week starter course, and have continued with a monthly subscription, and I'm so glad I did. I have found the structure of the sessions really helps keep me coming - the small groups working on the same programme with a trainer means you're supported, and can see your improvement. I'm stronger, fitter and have way more energy. Everyone is friendly and interesting. What's not to love??
Fantastic experience: I can't rate At Your Peak enough! I thoroughly enjoy it. Classes are well structured for all fitness levels, classes are at convenient times throughout the day and easy to manage and book. I really like the coaching app too, it really helped me to make better nutritional choices and track my progress. Cathrin provides personalised feedback and steers you towards a more mindful approach to both mental and physical wellbeing by encouraging you to focus on both personal and physical accomplishments no matter how small. Over and above all of this, At Your Peak has a real community feel about it too, which is one of the bigger perks for me.
Fantastic experience: From the moment I joined, Cathrin, her team and the other members made me feel welcome. It had been a while since I'd exercised, and I was feeling nervous but I needn't have! It was perfect for me - the small size of the classes means you get lots of feedback and guidance, and you never feel 'lost' as you sometimes can at larger size gyms. My confidence in using the equipment has grown, and I've been delighted with how much stronger and energised I feel. Thank you Cathrin!

Fantastic experience: At Your Peak is very welcoming which I really appreciated as I am was very new to this type of exercise. Cathrin is very motivating and encouraging, as are all the instructors. I actually find myself looking forward to the sessions which is not something I thought I would say. The supportive approach and regular check ins are really helping me keep on track.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my experience with “At Your Peak” gym and especially with Cathrin. As a working women and having never engaged in gym activities, I was quite apprehensive about starting strength training. However, from the very session Cathrin and of course other coaches have been incredibly approachable, warm and encouraging which put me at ease making it easier for me to commit to my fitness journey. In particular I appreciate the tailored training programs to suit individual’s specific needs and fitness level. This ensured that I progress at a comfortable pace without feeling overwhelmed and at the same time constantly challenge myself. I am glad I made the choice of joining At Your Peak gym and quite thankful to the team for supporting me in my fitness journey!
Fantastic experience: I have learned so much from Cathrin about food, calories and an awareness regarding perimenopause and little changes I need to make with my food habits. The support and kindness Cathrin offers is wonderful and I feel she really cares for me and my progress. Cathrin is always happy and her positively keeps me motivated. I can see my progress and my strength is building each week. I am so happy I found At Your Peak as I have met a really lovely bunch of ladies who inspire and support each other.
Fantastic experience: Cathrin and her gym are brilliant. The gym is bright and funky and the coaching/training sessions are excellent. The gym is very welcoming and there is a real sense of community. Cathrin is passionate, knowledgeable and here to help you reach your goals. From a complete beginner to a seasoned weightlifter At Your Peak has you covered.
Fantastic experience: Super! Cathrin has been my online coach, the package is excellent value for money and you truly feel supported. I love her firm but fair approach, she’s so encouraging! She really helps you with your mindset and attitude towards food. I cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: At Your Peak is a fantastic women only Studio offering Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Group Coaching and Online Coaching . Cathrin's classes are fun, enjoyable and a great community of Ladies. She has created such a special place for ladies who don't like to go into the gym. Everyone is really welcoming and Cathrin is really knowledgeable, supportive and giving different options for exercises depending on your level of ability. I also started Personal Training sessions with Cathrin and so glad I did as I can much more focus on my individual goal. I only started, but I had a great consultation where I did a good Health check and we started establishing my starting point. Cathrin is challenging me in the right way, helps me getting stronger and supports me with regular check ins and nutrition coaching. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I cannot rate At Your Peak more highly. You aren't just going to a gym, you are going to join the most supportive, wonderful community, headed up by the wonderful Cathrin. The gym itself is stunning, brand new and so well equipped. The atmosphere in the gym itself is just fabulous, I always feel so motivated when I walk through the doors. And Cathrin herself, is just fantastic. She is encouraging, supportive and she is so NORMAL. She is all about promoting women's health and fitness in ways that are so achievable and allowing you to keep the best balance with fitness and lifestyle. Fantastic experience: The most supportive, friendly and fun gym ever. Fabulous like minded women who encourage and push you to be the best whatever your fitness level. Cathrin is an amazing trainer who genuinely cares about each and every one of us. She makes each class different and fun whilst still being challenging which makes us all want to come back for more. Couldn't recommend enough and that's from a 57yr old who thought her gym days were over!
Fantastic experience: I joined Cathrins gym at the end of October, and it's the best decision I've made for such a long time. I've met a group of ladies who are just such fun to work out with, and it helps me wany to go to the gym more. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, you don't need to be worried about who will be in the class. The small class size is perfect, and everyone is there to encourage you. There's no competition unless you want there to be one, but generally, that will be with yourself. Cathrin is the right level of encouraging to firmness, she won't let you get away with any bad form, as she just wants you to achieve all the goals you've set yourself. You won't get that by cheating yourself! I can't recommend At Your Peak with Cathrin enough, no one cares who you are, where you come from, we're all just women trying to make ourselves feel better about ourselves. The environment in the gym so so welcoming and relaxed, you'll feel at ease in no time. Thanks for all of your support so far Cathrin!!
Fantastic experience: At Your Peak is really a wonderful place to workout and be part of a supportive community! I was a bit worried about going back to working out but I felt really comfortable and everyone in the classes are so nice. I've received great support with eating plan advice and calorie counting including tips on how to make it work in the real world! If you're thinking about giving it a go then do not hesitate!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending classes with At Your Peak for nearly 6 months now, which is the longest I've ever stuck to any sort of exercise. It works perfectly for me, having small group sessions with a really friendly vibe which also challenge me to go beyond what I think I'm capable of. I've definitely grown in confidence in my abilities and I love that I can feel the difference in my body. I'd recommend At Your Peak to anyone but especially those who are struggling to find a place they feel relaxed enough to exercise in. I love it!

Fantastic experience: At Your Peak is a great small group fitness gym. Cathrin, the owner, is passionate about fitness and helping others. She encourages people to push themselves to get stronger while emphasizing form. The check ins for the 6 week program are in-depth and not a one size fits all. The ladies that go there are always friendly and motivating so classes feel like you are meeting up with friends. However, the workouts are hard and Cathrin doesn’t let you slack off.
Fantastic experience: I've never really enjoyed the gym or exercise before joining At Your Peak. Cathrin is so helpful and encouraging. The classes are challenging and it really helps to have a programme to follow with someone on hand to support with technique .I love the small group aspect. Everyone pushes each other to achieve their best rather than competing with each other. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: As someone who had never enjoyed going to the gym, At Your Peak provides a fabulously different and structured offering! With challenging sessions in strength, cardio and Pilates, I have improved my fitness in a well-equipped and air-conditioned gym. What really makes a positive difference is the small, friendly group environment made fun and rewarding by owner Cathrin's enthusiasm and direction to improve her client’s strength, fitness and wellbeing. Since joining, At Your Peak sessions have massively improved my fitness, strength and my appreciation too in the value of weight training. I would highly recommend joining - fitness made fun!
