Fantastic experience: Started doing mma and Muay Thai classes at the beginning of the year and Jonno and Adam are both quality instructors. For someone with no previous experience it was quite daunting walking into an mma gym but everyone there is extremely welcoming and helpful cannot recommend enough.

He said he never felt so comfortable and he wants to go again. This is from a young lad who was so nervous and not so social at all. I would highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loves going to Bury MMA. Previously doing her Judo at another club but we didn't like how it was being run. We switched to Bury MMA. Not only does she absolutely love the junior Judo but she's now added the junior boxing. I was unsure how she would take to a striking class but Jonno has built her confidence to such a point she's now loving it! She is a North West Champion in Netball and trains it 4-6 hours per week, however she now says Judo and Boxing are her favorite clubs! Jonno and Charlie are absolutely amazing with the kids. Ive been around MMA for over a decade, having personally been to most gyms in the surrounding area, i assure you, based on my experience that If you want to get your kids into a martial art then you can't go wrong with Jonno!

Fantastic experience: My son, Bobby, has been attending the kids boxing classes for almost 1 year now. He has developed so much, not just in boxing but as an individual person. He enjoys it that much he had a birthday party to show it off to his friends. The best gym by far and recommend everyone to take part in one way or another

Fantastic experience: My lad has attended the Friday night Thai Boxing class for the last 3 years with Jonno and Adam as the coaches. Both are fantastic. He has come a long way thanks to the effort of both of these coaches. Here's to many more years

Fantastic experience: My son Finlay has been going to this gym now for over 18 months training Muay Thai and BJJ and his confidence has come on so much, it’s a real family environment in the gym from jonno coaching to his sons helping out and aimee on reception. Wouldn’t dream of taking my son anywhere else now, would highly recommend for children or adults there’s something for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely belting gym!!! I have taken both my son and daughter regularly to the jnr Boxing classes in order for them to learn self defence, my son has since progressed into the adult class and kicks ass!! I've even started to have a go myself! The atmosphere is fantastic, the team are welcoming and the facilities are top notch! I can't recommend this gym enough, weather your looking to just keep fit, build confidence, or even looking to compete in various disciplines, Johno and his team will look after you. This gym is clearly producing some of the best talent around at the moment and it's clear to see, the guys here are going places!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bury MMA for a while now and I've been absolutely loving it. It has massively improved my confidence while also helping my coordination and learning new skills. Most importantly it's fun! I would 100% recommend Bury MMA for anyone that is wanting to improve their fitness, learn new skills and be part of a great team meeting new people. The coaches are always ever so helpful and aren't judgmental which lifts a weight off your shoulders when you walk through the door as a complete beginner! If you feel nervous about starting then feel free to message Coach Jonno about having a look around before coming. The mood is constantly positive in the gym which is the perfect atmosphere for learning and getting better. The facilities are top notch and cleanliness is held to a high standard. I definitely recommend Bury MMA and rate it 5 's.
