Fantastic experience: I had Charlotte for a full body massage, an hour!! It was amazing, I felt so much better afterwards. As a dancer and doing gym training I find I get tight easily, she explained everything to me as to why I was so tight and gave me ways to relieve the tightness for my future training. Also giving me tips on how to work out correctly to prevent the tightness and how to gain more strength.... I highly recommend Charlotte for any injuries or even just for a sport massage to help the tightness go away. I find it very hard to find someone to understand my body and I finally have! Fantastic experience: I have had long term problems with my mobility, experiencing pain on a regular basis in both lower legs as a consequence of a congenital condition. After my initial consultation with Charlotte, I received treatment on a regular basis, and she created an exercise plan for me to follow to strengthen particular focal points at home. This combination has worked tremendously well, and I have noticed a vast improvement. She is knowledgeable, well-informed and dedicated.
