Fantastic experience: I’ve really enjoyed the workout classes at Tek Fitt. They helped me get back into working out after a break and made it easier to get back into a routine again. The instructors are really supportive and helpful, especially when learning new exercises. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Lara has been brilliant, I have attended her classes at Tekk:Fitt for 6 months now, but had her as a trainer for a number of years prior. The classes are small enough so you get personal support for your fitness journey. Instructors at Tekk:Fitt have all been friendly and encouraging, and adapt exercises to various injuries. Lara has really helped me get back into fitness safely following a period off, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I circuit train 3 to 4 times a week, Lara’s classes are always challenging, Lara regularly changes up the format to keep the classes feeling fresh, there’s always fantastic encouragement and a class where you feel welcome which comes with a great soundtrack. I would highly recommend Lara (Tekk:Fit) to take care of your exercise needs.

Fantastic experience: I came to Lara a few months ago when I was looking to build back strength after a long period of illness, and have been attending two Tekk:Fitt classes a week since. They're the perfect balance of fun and challenging and I feel I've made good progress since starting. Lara and the team are excellent at taking any health needs/injuries into consideration and checking in on correct form, which means I can be confident in the exercises I'm doing. Fantastic experience: I went to the Monday evening kettle bell class and found it perfect for my needs and level of fitness. I like how each move repeats for just 1 minute and the movements are varied. The instructor explained and demonstrated everything clearly and it felt fine being a beginner - I was made to feel welcome. The class was fun and the music was good too. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: All my PT sessions and support from Lara has been amazing. She took the time to get to know me and my health needs before making a bespoke training and nutrition program that was effective and achievable. Fantastic experience: Lara is fantastic, I would highly recommend her!! She goes above and beyond. Not only does she take great care during the paid session BUT she also keeps check on my progress in her own time. Fantastic experience: Tekk Fitt is a great set up, ideal if you’re not wanting to use commercial gyms, equipment always available when you are having your 1 on 1 PT sessions. Fantastic experience: In the wrong half of my 60’s I decided I needed to improve my overall condition. I had tried intermittent fasting, combined training, with poor results. Enter Lara at Tekk:Fitt, a tailor made fitness program consisting of a weekly studio visit combined with a home exercise program and support with a designed nutrition package. Four months later I am stronger, leaner and feeling in great shape. I am confident this would not have been achieved without the training package received. This should be a strong recommendation to anyone seeking improvement.

Fantastic experience: I followed Lara for a while on Instagram and just loved her enthusiasm. It was very clear she knew her stuff and was passionate about getting results for her clients. When a space came available I jumped at the chance to work with her. Unfortunately due to personal circumstance my time was cut a bit short but I found Lara so approachable, warm and friendly, she immediately made me feel at ease in an unfamiliar situation and helped me gain an understanding of both nutrition and exercises that would work for me. The set up she has is great and working one on one really helped me feel less intimidated and get the most from our sessions. If I am in a position in the future to proceed with a PT (although Lara is definitely more than just a PT - think of her as an all round life coach / gym buddy / PT..!!!) then I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lara again. Thank you for all your help Lara, I really enjoyed my time with you! (Maybe not the some of the cardio bits lol!) ♥️

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Lara at Tekk Fitt enough to anyone! I had never been in a gym before signing up to Tekk Fitt and Lara gave me such great knowledge, guidance and confidence. She always encourages you to work towards goals which sounds daunting but turned me from a couch potato into a regular gym goer into someone gaining muscles and a different physique. So I can confidently say she's a fantastic personal trainer to use whatever stage of your fitness journey. You get so much for your money: an hour's session in person (if that's the model you go for) plus workout plans plus nutrition goals. Could not recommend lara enough and excited to be moving to an online coaching model now I've relocated. I've been seeing Lara since Jan 2022 and have no intention of stopping anytime soon ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Lara provided a good plan for me to improve my basic fitness. I've always been a runner but I hate gyms (!) and my core and upper body strength have suffered as a result. Fantastic experience: I loved working with Lara so much and would totally recommend her to anyone thinking about using a PT in Cheltenham or Gloucester. I wanted to learn how to lift weights safely and do all the things that I'd always been too scared to do in a normal gym. Lara helped me develop my strength and confidence in the most supportive way and I ended up gaining muscle and tone, whilst losing weight over the 9 weeks we worked together. With regular check-ins, tips to boost my food intake (yep - she told me to eat more!!) and really fun sessions, I really enjoyed my time with her and would still be going along if we hadn't moved abroad! Fantastic experience: Over the course of the past few months I have been assisting Lara in her S&C sessions, with a view to gain more coaching experience. Lara has allowed me to lead S&C sessions for beginners to teach them fundamental movement patterns while doing some programming with her guidance. My confidence has not only improved but my knowledge, which will assist in future job prospects during and post university. Fantastic experience: I started working with Lara in Feb 2022. As someone who had rarely used a gym, had a lot of weight to lose and, apart from swimming, hadn't exercised properly for many years, I was anxious to say the least. Lara is supportive, informative, tenacious and encouraging. I have grown stronger and fitter and am now enjoying exercising regularly. My back and hips no longer ache and my posture has improved dramatically. I have enjoyed cardio, core exercises and have been working on weight training, which I love. An added bonus is I’ve lost 2 stone since I started!! I would recommend Lara to anyone, particularly those who’ve never exercised before and are nervous about starting. Fantastic experience: I met Lara a couple of years ago and started PT with her to get back into exercise. I had torn my calf a few years prior so I was really nervous about getting back into exercise. Lara was brilliant and wrote me a great training plan. I then got engaged! And upped the training on the run up to my wedding day. What I have absolutely loved is the weight training - something I would never had done on my own. The sense of achievement each week when I can go heavier on the weights is amazing. I always thought it would be about running around and cardio but Lara has opened up a whole new type of exercise to me and I love it! She has great advice not just on the training plans but nutrition as well. I’m so glad I found her and continue my sessions after the wedding.

Fantastic experience: I began working with Lara as a Strength and Conditioning student at the beginning of may. Lara was very welcoming and was a great help for letting me work with her. I had a limited amount of coaching experience and Lara was really understanding of this and encouraged me to jump straight into it, but would always help me when I needed it. I worked with her athletics and swimming group, with different ages, making me learn how to coach and get my point across to different types of athletes. After just 2 months of coaching with her my confidence in my abilities have increased massively and I had an amazing time with it all.

Fantastic experience: My name is Francesca (Fran) I started doing PT sessions with Lara before pandemic.I had had another couple of PT experience with males PT. I have had a scoliosis for most of my life and I have always being doing gymnastics,swimming and yoga. I have to keep active and flexible and continuously learn to use my body in different ways. Lara fully understand all this, she has been patient, teaching me new things, and making me feel stronger , resistant resilient and more flexible. By being personal with her clients and taking the time to learn exactly what their focus should be, sets her apart from many other PT coaches. I saw a lot of progression in my strength and mobility when working with her each week, and this motivated me to keep aiming to improve my competition performance.

Fantastic experience: My weekly personal training sessions with Lara are enjoyable and varied. My back problem has most certainly improved over the past twelve months and my strength and energy levels have increased considerably. Fantastic experience: I started with Lara late November last year just as I had retired. It has been absolutely brilliant, Lara is very positive, professional and encouraging. I am going to regret saying how good she is as she will get more booked up but she truly is terrific! I especially like the way she updates our training programme and I am aware I am making progress and getting stronger. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My name is Ricky and I was very impressed with Lara when I was doing strength and conditioning training with her. Lara is very knowledgeable and always there to give you a hand with the exercises if needed. She is also patient and there is a good amount of chat and conversation as well which I think makes the session more fun and enjoyable. Lara always encourages you to push and challenge yourself and I think that’s great because it helps the client feel motivated to reach their goals and even exceed them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lara to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Lara is incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional as a trainer. At each PT session Lara was upbeat and motivational (even sometimes at the start if I wasn’t!) I asked lots of questions (how to set up a squat rack??) and Lara is great at answering and explaining why we are doing certain exercises or eating more of a certain food group. Lara is always realistic around lifestyles and understands that people have stressful jobs, kids etc and just need a bit of help keeping on track. Even during lockdown Lara went above and beyond, creating home workouts and keeping in contact with clients. It’s fantastic to have that accountability and on a human level to just be able to knock out a fun enjoyable session with your trainer. I would absolutely recommend Lara to potential clients!

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Lara for over two years and cannot recommend her highly enough. When I first started she took the time to discuss what I was trying to accomplish and helped me structure a training plan and diet around it. I hadn't spent much time in the gym previously, so having Lara to help me understand correct technique and weight progression was a massive help. She's very knowledgable and really supportive. If you are looking for a great PT around Cheltenham, give her a call!
