Fantastic experience: Normally have boxing classes with Luis which is great and fun. Today I had a boxing session with Gabriel which teach me further techniques and was also great and fun!

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with Georgina. She is very knowledgeable and ensures I do the correct movements for my body and my ability so I don’t hurt myself. She is thoughtful and encouraging, providing thorough feedback. She has such a positive, fun and encouraging attitude, that she even makes working out in bad weather enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: Working with Georgina as my personal trainer has been a great experience. From our first session, she took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailored a plan to suit my needs. Each session was both challenging and enjoyable, and I’m already seeing improvements in my strength and confidence. Georgina provides great support, guidance, and tools that have given me the confidence to continue my fitness journey. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and motivating personal trainer!

Fantastic experience: The Fit Factory is a very welcoming environment where it is comfortable to train with weights for me as a woman. It is a safe community vibe with lovely selection of food at the coffee, protein shakes and more. It's easy to make my way to train there without extra anticipation after a stressful day at work.

Fantastic experience: Joining the Fit Factory has been the best decision I made a year ago. Andreas and Chris made me and my husband feel very comfortable very quickly and made us part of the Fit Factory family. They both are very friendly, approachable, knowledgable and always at hand to give any support and advice. All the staff from behind the counter and including all the trainers have been amazing. I really enjoy all my classes with Andreas, Chris,Hillary, Joe,Jeff, Nassia and Adem. The boxing classes have been one of the biggest attractions at the fit factory. This has been the first time at the fit factory that I started boxing and I’ve learnt so much. Andreas and Chris make sure they get you involved no matter what level you are at. Monty has been a great PT and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fitness and strength. During my PT sessions with Monty, he really motivated me and pushed me to work harder with weight training to achieve my goals I’m now in the best shape,physically and mentally that I’ve even been in! He is incredibly talented, and has take lots of time to design a training plan specifically for me, I look forward to every session as he motivates me to always improve and pushes me to the max. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, incredible gym.

Fantastic experience: I've never been a gym / exercise person (having a sedentary job and gaining weight over the years until now in my fifties) but having joined the Fit Factory a few weeks ago now, I'm surprised to find that I look forward to going each time and training (from nothing at all to two or three times a week now). It's the people there which make it special for me. The gym owners, Chris and Andreas are genuine and super nice people. My personal trainer, Millie is a star - she motivates, teaches and pushes me to make every session satisfying and also fun and interesting; plus I get lots of helpful and practical advice about nutrition and healthy eating. Literally everyone else working at the gym who I've met has been nice and welcoming. Being at the gym feels like being with friends. The facilities are new, clean and well maintained and the coffee in the cafe is great. I feel that joining the Fit Factory has been one of the best decisions in my life to improve my general health and fitness. I have done a few classes in the evening, Chris and Andreas are absolute diamonds and really motivating , I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else. My 7yr old son has been getting one to one training sessions with Adem and I’m so happy with the progress he has made with his confidence. Fantastic experience: Joined the fit factory in January as a family. There is something for everyone. The kids love the teen boxing sessions and we enjoy the variety of classes on offer, Boxing, HIIT, Fit Pump, Kettlebells to name a few. Great atmosphere to work out in, no egos, no showoffs, something for everyone of all levels, and they also make a decent coffee.

Fantastic experience: Over the past month or so Adam has been training me and he’s been absolutely amazing. He always pushes me to train hard and brings the best out of me overall he’s a great trainer and recommend him to anyone that wants to do boxing training and wants to get a good session done.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Fit Factory in October 2021 to help me prepare for a white collar bout I had in December. I had 2 bouts previously so had trained in other boxing gyms but I found the Fit Factory to be completely different. The two head coaches Chris and Andreas are both down to earth and know boxing inside and out being pros in the sport. I was trained like a pro and felt fully prepared for my fight. Chris and Andreas supported me throughout the prep and both were in my corner on the night. The gym also provides HIIT and weight based classes aswell as yoga so it caters for all. Healthy drinks, snacks and meal preps are also available aswell as quality coffee. The staff and other coaches are also really friendly and there is a great vibe around the gym. I can't praise the place enough and would highly recommend this gym to anyone. Keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: Fit Factory Cockfosters is an amazing place to go! My kids have been training 1 to 1 for a few months with Adem and I highly recommend him. Fantastic experience: I’ve been having boxing sessions with Chris for a while now. I have found that through the sessions my footwork has improved and so has my boxing skills! The sessions have been challenging but very fun too!! Chris is expert in adapting the lessons to meet the needs of the individual and is so encouraging. Absolutely love the lessons and seeing the progress! Everyone at the gym is so friendly. Also the juices and the vegan cakes are so yummy!!!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars out of 5 stars. I had 10 PT sessions with Chris and Joe, a mix of weight training combined with boxing - it was superb and they completely changed my mentality on training and diet for the good. From the moment that I stepped in the door, Chris and the team made me feel like they really cared about my goals, development and what I wanted to achieve, it was incredibly refreshing. They offer an amazing service and they are all so friendly and genuine, I would not hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The fit factory is a very welcoming gym offering a variety of classes for all abilities. My son really enjoys his teen boxing training here and the trainers are very professional. I regularly attend boxing classes now having no previous experience in the sport. Would recommend to those who are serious about getting fit, boxing for the first time or wanting to take skills to a new level. Classes are easy to book and you can always pop in for a coffee too!

Fantastic experience: Not enough space here to explain how good they are. Absolutely fantastic team, i really enjoy spending my time there. But if you are looking for a good boxing coach, choose Chris, Andreas is a bit slow and old. Just kidding, Andreas is my coach and also i feel like he is my friend now. Both of them are perfect teacher, do not miss the opportunity to work with them.
