Solo60 was founded in 2019 by Ben Alderton – a successful personal trainer, but fed-up of contracts, the rising rates of the big box operators and who wished he had his own gym.‍After selling his first business, Ben opened the first Solo60 location in late October 2020 in Shoreditch, London with a mission to champion self-employed professionals and members to have access to their own space.Now a team of 10+, we are a group of individuals who love mixing our passion for wellness with real estate, design, and technology.
