"I chose James as my PT because he seemed to understand intuitively about where I wanted to go with my training. Training with James was always fun and encouraging yet pushed me to the maximum I had on the day. The variation of each session was great and acknowledgement of my progress. My goals over the 7 years I trained with him varied from fitting into my wedding dress to partaking in cycling challenges overseas and in the U.K. And with James never ending encouragement I cycled 450kms in Africa in 2015 and also Vietnam and Cambodia in 2016, raising money for Cancer charities. He also helped arrange a spinathon to help raise money for the charity. He has an enormous amount of generosity of spirit towards his clients and is happy to help in whatever way he can to help each individual achieve their goals.”

Just had my first PT session with James...AMAZING! Engaged muscles that I had forgotten were there & felt so invigorated by it! Already booked in for next session, can’t wait.
If your looking for a quiet, one too one PT Session and not sure about your Nutrition, then these are the guys for you. Absolutely amazing trainer, friendly, experienced and understands your personal needs. I would totally recommend!
Every session with James is something to look forward to. Not only do you get an amazing workout, but the whole feel of the session is chilled and fun. You can certainly tell that James knows what he is talking about, and he is great at explaining what you are doing and why. I like that James is able to adapt to my needs and ability, but also makes sure I work to the best of my capabilities! The gym area is very well equipped and is a comfortable and well designed space. I would certainly recommend Simply Fitt if you are looking for a PT.
Great session with James, he is very dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and also maintain them with his knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle. I play a reasonable level of competitive sport and I am looking for a very specific work out to improve my movement and flexibility, James went above and beyond to research techniques from elite level sports people and then taylor them for my needs. Really please with the results!
The best.. it's tailor made not one size fit all exercises, private and comfortable. These guys know how to motivate their client and get you working.
Had my first session today with James, and I absolutely loved it! Such a great feeling, felt so comfortable and relaxed. Was worked hard and at all times was reminded to let James and Ashton know if I felt any pain or faintness. So professional and friendly, really looking forward to the future being fit and healthy. Well what can I say apart from Thank you James really enjoying the sessions that I have had with you so far. I am amazed at all you knowledge and ability in helping us achieve our ultimate goals. Sessions are tough but we have fun and even a bit of a laugh too. Thank you for your guidance James.
James is attentive, professional and full of knowledge. He’s also hilarious! I love training with James. He challenges me every session and I leave feeling great! I can see the change to my body already! I always look forward to training now whereas I used to begrudge it and find it hard to get motivated I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Simply FITT enough! Louise and James are absolutely amazing. I don't really like exercising but they make it fun with their challenges, constantly adapted to you programs and fantastic banter! I got injured last year and they have adapted my programs so I am still able to achieve my goals without compromising my recovery. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia so occasionally I am unable to do certain exercises but all I have to do is say and the exercise is adapted in such a way that I am not in pain and still manage to work the right group of muscles. I never thought lifting weights can be so fun and I have really noticed a massive increase in my upper body strength which is my main goal. THANK YOU!
Fantastic experience: I cannot praise James at Simply FITT enough! Every session is great fun and the results I’ve achieved are amazing! I’m nearly three stone lighter and my strength has increased so much I shocked myself. James really cares for his clients and his friendly and encouraging attitude makes the experience a total pleasure. If you’re looking for a fun way to train and get amazing results, Simply FITT are the way forward!

Fantastic experience: I began a fat loss journey with Simply FITT in March of 2018 and I have not regretted my journey so far with a 95lbs over 4 stones in fat loss. I feel and look great. The process is tough but with James and the rest of the team support, it made me love taking on the challenge. You may ask what makes them different? The training is tailor made, your lifestyle choices is tailor made to support you with long-term results as well as goals and if like me you question everything well they got the answers or would get the answers, most of all your constantly challenged to step out of your comfort zone. Btw its private 1:1 so your always comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Joining Simply Fitt was the best decision I’ve ever made. I started here in March 2019 with little confidence with the gym equipment and myself. I love coming to my PT sessions, James and the team push me to my limit which i would never had done in a gym. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend James as someone who is able to really get an understanding of what you are looking to achieve. He works with you to make sure you reach your goals and can look at meal plans, work out plans, stress management and life management. James can provide the whole package!!
