Fantastic experience: Exactly the type of place I've been looking for but couldn't find previously in Stoke. Settled in very quickly, very high level coaches and amazing people. Many classes too, spread across 6 days a week which helps with being able to attend. Remember to bring your own kit, but they do have it for sale fairly cheaply.

Fantastic experience: Liam, Craig and Dave are absolutely amazing, such nice guys who really want the best for their students, great advice always on hand. Me and my son train every Thursday here, only reason we don’t train other days, is that we train at another 2 clubs but given half the chance I would. All the other students are great, very wide range of skill set or ages, I’ve learnt a lot just in the past couple of month. If you’re thinking of going, just go!! You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Joined the Beginners classes, with no prior experience of martial arts or even a regular fitness regime. The course was brilliantly structured, building up from absolute basics, through to the point where we could spar. All coaches are welcoming and professional and it was never once intimidating to walk through the door. I had no hesitation in signing up for a monthly membership at the end of the course and look forward to learning more

Many gyms are small with poor equipment, you would have to travel far to find a large gym with high level equipment. Coaches are all professional active fighters with vast experience. Too often in the modern day, gyms are being led by people who think they know but have no experience. Top top gym
