Fantastic experience: Such a brilliant space - female only private gym that is equipped with all you need for a fab workout. As a girl I have always hated going to the gym through a lack of confidence in not only my appearance but at working out in front of others and knowing how to use the equipment properly. This private gym offers me the perfect solution. I’m now going 4 times a week because I feel so confident and comfortable. The owners are very approachable and have been great in providing a thorough induction of all equipment so I feel capable of working out on my own which is just what I needed. Fab facilities too - a lovely shower, toilet and changing rooms as well as audio and TV to keep you motivated during your workouts! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go to the gym but lacking the confidence to start - this is the place for you. No pressure, no contract, go at your own pace safely in the confidence you’ll be around like-minded females :)

Fantastic experience: Joining Fox Fitness was the best decision I could have made for my fitness journey. I joined in January 2024 after seeing their post on Facebook and haven't looked back. The owners (Craig & Aimee) are super helpful and lovely people. After discussing my goals during my induction at the gym, I was given a tailor made programme which has proven very useful over the past few months. The gym itself has a wide range of equipment, entertainment (such as a TV, radio, wi-fi & bluetooth speaker), toilet/shower, water cooler, changing room and ample parking. The facilities are kept clean and bacterial spray is provided for cleaning the equipment. My anxiety would always get the better of me when I tried several other gyms in the area. Therefore Fox Fitness was the perfect choice of gym, I needed the space and privacy to feel more comfortable in a fitness environment. Being women-focused is just an added bonus. I had never felt confident or comfortable enough to run any sort of distance in front of people at a gym before, but now it's become a part of my weekly routine thanks to the supportive atmosphere and security this gym provides. I highly recommend this gym, join now and you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, good selection of equipment, very clean Inc toilet, shower and changing rooms. Can play own music over Bluetooth which is great. So worth it for a more private gym experience.
