Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the CrossFit Bosham community highly enough. There’s zero judgement about your age or stage and instead it’s welcoming, encouraging, inspiring and always fun. All the coaches are brilliant and help everyone to be their best. I feel so much stronger, both inside and out.

Fantastic experience: Free parking available. Its located inside the industrial estate. There are two tall 5g towers on site.

All of the coaches are knowledgeable, experienced and challenge you - in the best way. Members are supportive, friendly and helpful. It feels like people really care. There is always a friendly face and it’s a great place to learn new skills to build outer strength and inner resilience.

Fantastic experience: A really friendly training environment with excellent coaching. The coaches here extremely helpful and supportive, they will push you when you need it and help you when necessary. Everyone works together as a team and are very encouraging. You can scale the workouts it necessary and work at your own level. There will never be a workout where you don't feel you've worked hard. Classes are relatively small which means the coaching can be really focused and you also get to know everyone quickly. A great place to train!

Fantastic experience: At 48, overweight and no exercise for a (very) long time, I joined CrossFit Bosham three months ago. I'm definitely still in the early days.....way more to learn. But it's a great place with fantastic coaches and full of supportive people.......so happy I joined!

Derek is a great coach with a wealth of knowledge and a brilliant encouraging training style and will give you the push and advice needed. It is full of like minded memebers who all want the best for each other and will help along the way both inside and outside the gym.

Fantastic experience: Inpired by my friend and motivated by vision of getting in better shape, meeting new people and trying something new I joined Derek's team at Crossfit Bosham for Fundametals at the end of 2021. From the beginning (despite the internal swearing especially during burpees and wallballs) I enjoyed every second of my new "adventure" and I am glad I found Del's gym / team and this sport. Derek is a great coach, who makes any physical challenge fun, the team is full of amazing and inspirational individuals, they are great, funny bunch that make you feel like a part of the crossfit "family". And last but not least...the feeling of pushing yourself hard, achieving something you would never have thought would be possible - worth every drop of sweat:) Definitely reccomend!

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Bosham because after years of back troubles I wanted to try something different to build strength around it. What did you want to achieve when you joined?I set out with clear objectives to become fitter and strong all round, as well as improving my mobility around my back. CrossFit offers me everything I need fitness wise with the added bonus of the team sprit joint class brings, encouragement from everyone over a normal gym where everyone in headphones. The best thing about cross fit is the overall fitness and team sprit. The worst thing is it’s brutal someday, but after a short recovery the feeling is amazing A year from now I want to be able to do a pull up not assisted by bands. CrossFit surprises me every day. Just when you think it can’t push you further… it does. To anyone considering CrossFit I can’t recommend it or Bosham cross fit more. Give it a go. You will be welcomed and supported at every stage. Fantastic experience: I have been here a year now & if there was something better out there I would be at it. CrossFit did sound like a scary proposition at the first place but I have progressed so quick that I've managed to surprise myself. Coach Derek is a pro & the team is so friendly. & for those who think that they are too old & rusty for this, I am 60 years old & now pain free!

Shape up and get fit What does CrossFit do for you? (For your body, mind, and soul) It helps me get rid of some of my wiggly bits, gets those endorphins going and makes me feel a sense of achievement for completing a sesh! What is the best thing about CrossFit? The range of exercises, it’s not boring and it keeps you on your toes. What’s the worst thing about CrossFit? Ring pull ups :D it’s a love/hate relationship at the moment haha What would you like to achieve in the gym a year from now? Self confidence in how I look and feel about myself. Have there been any surprising outcomes of CrossFit? Managing the weights and learning all sorts! What would you say to anyone else considering starting CrossFit? Give it a go, if I can do it then you can too! You will meet a nice bunch of people and great coaches who pay attention and care.
