Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Really welcoming and friendly and so many knowledgeable people to help you with anything you need. The 24 hour access is a god send. SSPC offers an excellent range of equipment and accessories to follow my powerlifting programme, with a reverse hyper, bands, chains and mono attachments for squat racks, comp plates, fractional plates, 2 deadlift platforms, squat racks and benches. Big variety of barbells to choose from. Love it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been powerlifting fir a few years now and I’ve in many different gym and I can say with out hesitation there is no gym like SSPC. Weather your new to powerlifting or a world champion every is there to help bad support you in any way you can because this gym is full of people who just love to lift and love to see other people loving there lifting. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place

Positive experience: 24/7 powerlifting gym? Yeah you’ve got no excuse now. 4 hour SBD session after work? Yeah you can get it done without worrying about parking or closing times. Gym has a solid community and is continuing to grow. Connecting with international athletes and local universities. A Good spot.

Fantastic experience: It's difficult to find a place with this level of equipment but impossible to find one with the level of support and tribal knowledge. Really friendly group here, feels like an extra hand on the bar and another PB always feels close.

Fantastic experience: This is truly a gem Big congratulations to John and his wifey on building this beautiful set up. They happen to be one of the few best Performance gyms in the world and have all the necessary equipment for powerlifting including traditional gym equipment. This includes dumbbells, benches, power racks, Monolift Squat attachment, Reverse Hyper, belt squat machine, various barbells, bands, boards, chains, and all the implements necessary to train in the West Side Method. Oh yeah, they also have a chalk bowl with a speaker you can connect with Bluetooth. 24 hour access and toilets for men and women. Don’t let the intense atmosphere fool you, these guys are more than happy to have you train with them and help you reach your goals. Fantastic experience: I moved to Sheffield 2 months ago and I already feel part of the SSPC family. It’s a community of likeminded individuals who all support each other and their goals, and you couldn’t ask for a better team of people to be surrounded by. John is a great presence to have whilst training and you won’t find a better environment to thrive in. This combined with the high quality, specialist equipment, you have all you need to take on your goals. Couldn’t recommend this gym more!
