Fantastic experience: I recently retired from work so joined this gym I am extremely happy as everybody is very friendly. I never thought I would say I like going to the gym but this is so different, the staff are extremely professional and helpful and it is a very nice atmosphere. I have gone from not exercising at all to going 4 times a week and I am loving it. I would urge anyone thinking of joining a gym to give Gymophobics a try I’m sure like me you will love it.
