Fantastic experience: Working with Adam at AWG Fitness was genuinely so good for me. He is professional, friendly and above all extremely supportive. He takes the time to get to know his clients lifestyles and personalities properly and what they are looking to achieve. Then he supports them through their fitness and nutrition journey with check-in's & regular updates to plans to help them achieve their goals. I would certainly have no hesitation in working with Adam again in the future if I needed to or recommending him to others. Good luck Adam in all you do and thank you.

Fantastic experience: Adam has massively helped me improve my knowledge of various lifting exercises, form and how to use all the equipment in the gym. I now feel so much more confident on my own when using it for my other sessions throughout the week. weekly 121 sessions with Adam centre my training and can see results and improvements through helping me to push harder in each session, 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I have been using Adam for personal training since July 2023, althought I had been following him on Instagram for quite a while before taking the plunge I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. He has also done me a series of workouts I can do on my own! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Really positive training experience with Adam. He pushes you to achieve goals that you think you will never achieve , but he does that , not in a bullying way but in an encouraging way that makes you want show him that we are a team and together as a team we can achieve anything

Fantastic experience: The best person trainer I've had. Not only the little twigs to improve my performance but seeing him also interact with his other clients who are very varied. Young, old, small or big. No mater what your goal, this is the person you need to achieve it.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Adam for around 9 months now and with his support I have grown stronger, fitter and maintained my weight loss. The sessions are challenging but you always feel Adam is rooting for you to achieve your goals. Adam is very friendly, approachable and dedicated to helping his clients make progress. He uses his knowledge and experience to make you a personalised plan that will fit around your lifestyle. Thanks to Adam, for the first time I enjoy going to the gym. I highly recommend him as a trainer :)

Fantastic experience: I've been with Adam now for 3 years at FTC Gym (which is also a brilliant gym) and have been thrilled with my progress. Plans are detailed and tailored to what you want and can always be adopted. If I say I fancy building legs more, plans get adapted) Since having Adam as my PT for 2 sessions a week he's helped me gain confidence about being in the gym. Now I actually come to the gym on my own as well as seeing him twice a week!! I was wayyyyyy to intimated to do that on my own before. What's also nice is when I am at the gym on my own, seeing Adam interact with his clients who are all at different stages of their 'gym journey' and they are all different sexes and shapes, all with their own agendas and this is very refreshing to see (another aspect which I see at the FTC Gym a lot. very impressive ethos here). Looking after your health is so important and my two hours a week with Adam have now developed into 4 or 5 hours a week for me and it's now a routine, just like cleaning my teeth. It sets me up for the day and I feel SO GOOD FOR IT.

Fantastic experience: 4 years ago I started training with AWG fitness and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Adam has always helped me in every area he can to ensure that I am hitting my targets and achieving new goals. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take a moment to thank Adam for the great training sessions he has provided. His knowledge, enthusiasm and positivity has helped a lot during workouts. Adam was focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow lots of fun ). I started to see improvements in my ability to complete more exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. Lifting weights was something absolutely new to me so it was very important that Adam always ensured that my technique was correct so that I avoid any injuries. I am now in a better shape than I have been in years and most important I started to go to the gym not because I need/have to but because I love to be there. And productive sessions with Adam is one of the reasons. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Fantastic experience: I love going to my gym sessions with Adam - even when I don't feel totally motivated before I start, I always leave feel energised. Adam has the knack of knowing when I need a challenge and when I need to take it a bit steadier. He personalises my sessions to help me meet my targets and makes training fun. I am stronger, fitter, healthier and more toned than I thought I could be at 62 years of age. Fantastic experience: Three months before working with Adam I had finished losing 4 stone in a short amount of time. However, I never gained the knowledge to confidently maintain not only my weight loss but the strength and fitness I had built. Previously training in a small private gym where the training programs were premade for a group. When it came to training on my own, I was at a bit of a loss and felt like a beginner again so started working with Adam. Taking a non-judgmental holistic approach, Adam has taken onboard my past knowledge of training, current needs and future goals. Adapting every session I have had with him to get the maximum results. Adam’s best attribute for me has been his ability to listen. Highly knowledgeable, empathetic and never forcing an ideal of what my next goal should be. I am glad to have his support in the second phase of my health and fitness journey. Learning how to train alone, a skill for life.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the gym on and off for a few years now and like many people i would lose interest when i didn't get the results i wanted.one day after a long day at work i went down the gym and bumped into adam and after a quick chat started to understand what i was doing wrong.I now workout with adam as much as i can and my gains are amazing after just 2 months i have lost body fat and gained muscle tone and my fitness is getting better all the time.Adam will not just explain what were doing he will actually do it with you.IF YOUR FED UP WITH GOING TO THE GYM AND NOT GETTING RESULTS THEN GIVE ADAM A CALL.i have definitely got the gym bug.thankyou adam and looking forward to our next workout mate .
