Fantastic experience: Before I started training with David, I had put on weight during the Covid lockdown and was at my heaviest beginning of 2022. My aim was to get into the best possible shape as I knew I had the potential but needed some guidance. Due to this I had low confidence, and low self-esteem and would always feel conscious about the way my clothes fitted and my image overall.David's personalized plan has totally transformed my life. He taught me the fundamentals of weight training alongside the nutrition required to achieve my fitness goals. His direct approach worked well for me as it forced me to become disciplined and is ultimately what is required to get into an amazing shape. For instance, at the weekly check-ins he would critique my alcohol intake or food choices and helped me understand why this was limiting my progress. David was always very responsive via WhatsApp and I really appreciated this about his service. If there was a question about workout plan or food intake he would always respond in a timely manner despite his busy schedule. If I had to choose a PT again, I would choose David every single time because of his genuine desire to help his clients achieve their goals. I realized it started working when I noticed tangible improvement from a few weeks into training with David. I was feeling more energetic, stronger and had a level of confidence about myself I never had before. We took progress pictures on a weekly basis and David would compare my current body shape to previous ones during our weekly check-ins to show how I was progressing. Now, having achieved my goal My self confidence and energy levels are at an all time high and now going to the gym is embedded into my lifestyle. I can truly say that my decision to start PT sessions with David is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Fantastic experience: I was what people normally call a skinny-fat. I had lost meaningful amounts of weight before and became skinny, yet I was still soft. I put on decent amounts of weight afterwards and simply became chubby. I was frustrated and disappointed in myself that I couldn't achieve a muscular physique despite trying by myself for the best part of a decade. David has helped me achieve my goals by providing three things: i) a system that works and that is adapted to what I need. ii) accountability iii) tailored and personalized advice and support that takes into account my goals, lifestyle and constraints. He is also wise beyond his years and has provided advice on things that go beyond nutrition, exercise, rest and sleep. As vain as this sounds, the point I realised the plan was working was when I finally got abs for the first time in my life. Now, having achieved my goal I feel more capable and prepared for life in general. Getting abs was the "vain" part but that was not the best outcome from working with David. Getting in shape is the gateway drug for self improvement. It made me question the systems I had in place for all my routines: working, sleeping, socializing, networking, "rewarding" myself. I have made improvements on all of the mentioned as a byproduct of getting in shape with David.

Fantastic experience: I didn't have a major problem before starting training, but felt stuck without a clear goal. I wanted to be fitter at 45 than at 40 or 30. David's 8-week plan was clear. Within 2-3 weeks, I saw changes; by weeks 6-7, the results were results were obvious and by the end quite remarkable. Online training worked. David was always available, responsive, motivating, and we adjusted for new goals and a maintenance phase. The fact I’ve already recommended David to a number of friends is testimony enough!

Fantastic experience: David is a fantastic trainer. I began training with him a few years ago and have had superb results, losing 20kgs along the way and finding myself fitter and stronger than I have been for years. Fantastic experience: I trained with David early 2019 and was extremely happy with the results I achieved in such a short timeframe of 12 weeks. When I began with David I had approximately 17% body fat by the end I was so much leaner. With David’s guidance and expertise in and outside the gym made the process enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I was one of David's first clients. He was already professional and very good at instructing me then, he is somehow even better now. He is my go to person. Whenever he is in town I arrange a session with him. Fantastic experience: Approaching 40 and being diagnosed with sleep apnea (weight related) I decided to take action to lose weight for health reasons and to improve overall appearance. This affected me in many ways, mentally and physically. As I wasn't getting good sleep I'd always feel tired and exhausted during the day. At the time you think everything is fine, but you don't realise the bad effects it has on your health. The fact that I come from a family with heart issues and diabetes confirmed that I needed to fix myself. I signed up with David, who is very knowledgeable and experienced as a personal trainer. After meeting him for a consultation I straight away knew it was going to be intense and a serious commitment on both parts. I finally felt I would be able to achieve my long term goals. Any questions I had on nutrition, sleep or training he was able to answer and explain in detail. During the first phase of my transformation, I was put through some intense full body workouts hitting big muscle groups twice a week, they were the hardest sessions I've ever done but it was part of the plan to go hard every hour I trained. In addition to the training days I was asked to keep a diet with calculated calories based on my activity levels which also included 15000 steps daily. The plan was to lose around 1kg per week which was achieved. Over the months I saw how diet plays a massive part in partnership with your training and daily step target, which David made sure I stuck to. I'm honestly blown away by my results, I never expected to get this far, it really has changed my life. I feel like a new person, energy levels, mindset, sleep, appearance. Everything has improved, including confidence. I'm enjoying life more and more and as long as I stay consistent I can definitely maintain what I've achieved through David.

Fantastic experience: THE most effective, rapid results driven training regime you could ever hope for. I’ve learnt so much about nutrition and exercise.
