Fantastic experience: I've had a great workout using the vacuum bike. Managed to burn over 1500 calories within my 30 minutes session. Nora was really helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Really happy with the results so I will be back in no time.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend InfraFit more highly, due to a knee injury I hate cardio with a passion and have always found it incredibly painful and difficult….. until I was introduced to the bike and lymphatic roller. Having been going for a few months now I can honestly tell you the there are some major benefits: 1. Causes no pain in my knees 2. Lost inches of legs and waist and gained strength in my legs again 3. Lie back, watch TV and watch your legs transform into something you never imagined possible 3. Lovely environment with Nora being just an incredible delightful person every visit 4. For anyone that works in a job that means being on your feet all day….. the lymphatic roller is a slice of heaven you need in your life.

Fantastic experience: Loved it, I have infra red sauna blanket & was looking for lymphatic massage therapist, but this is better. Only had one session, booked for more including the bike. Go on ladies, give it go.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found this place, due my heatlh problems with back it was difficult for me to do some exercises to loose a weight. But this bike machine is so comfortable, the workout is more fun, you can see results of your work in number as distance and burned calories. While I work out I am having fun and enjoying watching my favourite show Friends . Nora is very friendly, I feel there so welcome and supported. I love also a roller machine it's just like a massage so comfy. Definitely coming back as I purchased a package of exercises

Fantastic experience: Such a unique place with amazing atmosphere! A unique way to exercise where you have so much fun while burning those calories.
