Fantastic experience: I have been using Fitness Workspace to train my clients and patients as a MSK and Sport Physiotherapist. This space is great! It has all the equipment needed, the booking system works perfectly so that the space is never too crowded, the location is convenient, bright, fitted with air conditioning, it is close to public transports and car parks. Definitely a place I would recommend trainers to train their clients and people to train at!

Fantastic experience: I filmed here recently and had a great experience from start to end. Michael was extremely helpful and accommodating, which made the whole process a lot smoother. I’d absolutely recommend the venue for filming to anyone looking for a gym location.

Fantastic experience: I project co-ordinated a small shoot at this location this week and it was a very smoothly operated. The location owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The gym was fully functional. We didn't need audio for this shoot so the passing train behind the building wasn't an issue for us. Will definitely use again for any future clients that need a gym space.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Michael during my pregnancy to keep me active and I’m still going at weeks 33. The sessions are varied and always adapted for my pregnancy and have helped me maintain and even increase my strength throughout. He also has great equipment in the gym. Fantastic experience: We hired the space for a 2hour photoshoot. Michael was super helpful throughout, allowing us to view the space twice before we put a deposit down. Really cool venue with amazing lighting, and great equipment.

From the equipment chosen, to the small details like the on boarding and booking system to the key less gym entry. The gym itself is tidy, plenty of space and the loft interior gives the place a timeless authentic look which is welcoming for clients and even perfect for photoshoots.

Fantastic experience: A great location to film fitness content, very accessible and clean. All equipment i needed was there. Customer Service from the guys was brilliant and very accommodating. Very happy chappy. Only issue was finding a parking space.

Fantastic experience: I'm an American Strength & Conditioning coach and come to London often to put on workshops for other coaches and personal trainers. I had a venue fall through last minute, and I was lucky enough to be put into contact with Michael of the Fitness Workspace who was more than accommodating from the start. He gave me a fair price for the time I needed and went out of his way to make sure I would have what I needed to make the space work for me. And, I have to say....the space was BALLER. It's a beautiful space, with lots of open floor space (very important) with all the ample equipment one would need to work with clients (or put on a short workshop/clinic). I'd highly recommend this space for any trainer looking to use this space to run their business, use for photoshoots, or as a continuing education venue.

In terms of the shoot, the natural light that comes through the windows allowed me to get some amazing shots.
