Fantastic experience: Been going here since December 2023. Amazing place! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome what ever the level. My fitness level on it's own has massively improved since coming here and I can only thank all the coaches involved.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to train! Coach Z is a really compassionate, friendly, helpful coach, and he leads an incredible group - I joined recently and they took me under their wing immediately. The guys went out of their way to make me feel welcome and Zoltan took time out to make sure I was getting what I wanted out of the training. I did feel a little intimidated at first but Zoltan made sure to put me at ease and explain things. Very accessible in Burton - also free parking opposite at Coopers Square Car Park after 3pm. The training itself is high quality (and no nonsense), the gym is fully equipped and the sessions are a very high standard. In a session you get straight to work and you get a very challenging, intense session. Feels amazing afterwards! Best boxing gym for miles around without a doubt!! Edit: loving it here still 3 months later. Also lost 21kg. Training up ready for my first fight very soon!! Edit2: 6 months later. Have lost 5 stone 4 and won my first fight. This place is irreplaceable Edit3: 9 months here. It's still great Edit4: 1 year later. This place is still the absolute best. Never felt so good

Fantastic experience: Just wanna show some appreciation for this gym and Zoltan and share my story for anyone thinking of joining this gym but are unsure . 4 months ago I was in a extremely dark place mentally and physically, I was eating junk food drinking to much not exercising, I was the heaviest I’d ever been. I was also suffering with some severe mental problems which meant I had 0 self esteem and felt like I had no purpose in life and quite frankly I didn’t want to be on this planet! As a last ditch effort to pull myself out of this hole I thought let’s message the page and see if they had anything I could do being a fat middle age bloke with no experience! Straight away I was told that the gym absolutely can help me become a better version of myself! At last a glimmer of hope !! The respect for one another from day one was a real game changer for me and immediately you feel part of the group even if you’ve never boxed before, this carries over in every aspect of the training including sparing ! In 4 months my mental health has improved 150% !!! I feel so much more confident in myself now and feel a great sense of purpose, I now give myself clear goals to meet and get given the motivation to smash them . My physical health is also so much better I feel like I’m moving like I used to 10 years ago and it’s amazing On top of that I just won my first fight and despite it not being a event ran by the gym I still got the same support as everyone else would and without that I don’t think I could’ve won ! Thankyou Burton Boxing & Martial Arts - Coach Z for getting me out the hole I was in ! Onwards and upwards now baby !!!

Always happy to help from improving your training quality and advice you about boxing fitness and exercises. He is not scared to take any challenge. Personally I got problems with ballance. First day I get there he sad we can work on it no worry. Everyone there is really freandly. I'm always happy to get there.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic my daughter has been here for a few weeks and she loves it. Zoltan is amazing with the children each lesson she develops more skills. A fun yet safe environment for the children to learn.
