Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best gym I’ve trained in! The guys and gals in there are so welcoming, everyone is so supportive throughout training. The heating in there makes winter training much more Enjoyable also. Monthly gym challenges, so many comps to join and a 24 hour gym I can’t complain. Mike has also just introduced student discount which is very helpful for me at the moment. Can’t knock it, I’ve recently quit JD gyms to join here full time and help me focus on getting stronger/ more efficient for my comps next year ! Cannot recommend Big Mak’s enough.

Fantastic experience: Big mak strengths a great gym with a friendly and welcoming environment. Joining this gym is like joining a new family the members help each other out and the atmosphere is unreal because of it. No one’s made to feel unwelcome. If your looking at getting into strongman or just the gym in general then I’d recommend coming giving the gym a try.

Fantastic experience: This is a brilliant gym from the owner who is so nice and approachable if ya have any questions he more than happy to help and the members are great it has got such an amazing atmosphere i would never leave this gym so if your looking to get better healthier and stronger or maybe just want something different come and try Big Mak Strengh its not just a gym its like a family

Fantastic experience: Used a few times whilst in the gym. Quality bit of kit but hated it on programme as it really does humble you. If you use correctly the gains you will get will be hugely noticeable.
