Fantastic experience: Great equipment here in the gym. The personal training is really good too. A good atmosphere

Negative experience: Don’t even deserve one star… phone up asking if children of 4yrs can be in pool told that’s fine, even checked at the desk as we got it told yes they can come in, as we go to get the life jackets we get told the kids can’t come in so have to leave…. Absolute waste of a day and fuel! Would not recommend and the only reason I got was the staff are new and they don’t know all the rules yet. Learn to train your staff! 3 very upset children. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic experience: We only popped in hoping to find a loo and a cup of coffee but were impressed with the facilities and friendliness of the staff. Mariusz welcomed us with a broad grin, directed me to the loos and made us a lovely cup of tea and coffee. If we lived nearer we would join!

Positive experience: I have been using Lutterworth pool for a while. On this occasion I was lane swimming and happily minding my own business sticking to my lane. I noticed a lot of congestion in the shallow end and did did my best to negotiate past it and swim back up the pool. A lady who was on a mission, head down, doing the crawl, proceeded to collide with me and then started swearing at me. It all felt like it ended up being my fault when I was just minding my own business, watching where I was going (I was doing breast stroke not crawl). I feel that people who attend communal swimming sessions should have a more tolerance and consideration for one another.

Negative experience: I’m not sure why no one has addressed this but the pool is freezing, I rarely swim or take my kids due to the temperature but recently I tired again with my toddler as I thought with recent renovations they might have heated the pool to a better temperature, I was wrong, we stayed for 5 minutes as my little girl was so cold, when addressed with the front desk there was no mention of a refund which I didn’t actually want but what I would like to know is Why is your pool so so cold and why don’t you make people aware of this or do something about it??

Negative experience: I used to do lessons here as a kid and slowly watched its quality decrease as they closed the cafe and removed the inflatable. The gym is getting a much needed extension as most of the equipment is low quality and broken. However, on the plus side, the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Recently been refurbished and it's looking lovely. Staff are brilliant and Naomi is an absolutely fantastic swim teacher. Couldn't recommend this centre any more!!

Negative experience: I usually swim at everyone active, Market Harborough. The pool is closed for 6 weeks so they have directed members to Lutterworth. I pre booked a 12am public swim, fast lane swim. My usual. On arrival the centre looks modern. Inside is a different story. Very tired and swim changing very dirty and no off pool showers. I got changed and headed to the pool. The fast lane was occupied by 4 men. Who did some good glaring as I entered the pool. As you do with any pool I waited and accessed the speed of the swimmers. I waited for a gap and began my swim. After a warm up lap one of the men decided to give me their training low down and made it pretty clear I obviously didnt meet their standards and was not welcome. Never have I experienced this in any pool. I will not be returning. And happy to pay outside of my membership and swim at Corby instead.

Positive experience: The sports centre is currently undergoing major refurbishment works (June/July 2024). There is still car parking but St the moment the entrance is at the back of the building from where wheelchair parking and access is more challenging.

Positive experience: Nice clean changing rooms & friendly staff. Family session had lots of floats which was fun for kid's too

Negative experience: Shame about all the virtual classes. The renovation long over due but the cost to extend would eat up 95% of the budget leaving nothing for mor newer equipment

Fantastic experience: This 5 star review is purely for how wonderful Naomi is for swimming lessons. We moved to Lutterworth leisure centre for lessons for the kids and it's been a great move thanks to her. She's great with the children and a real asset to Everyone active.

Fantastic experience: Daughter has come on loads since switching to Lutterworth Sports Centre progressing through the national swimming levels and gaining massive amounts of confidence in the water

Negative experience: The staff are rude. You should not have to book to go swimming. I was told I had to wait for 20 minutes before I can go swimming. Extremely poor customer service

Positive experience: App great for booking gym / swimming / workout classes. Pool is simple, downside that there are poolside showers but non with privacy to have a proper shower. No sauna or hot tub or steam room. No air con.

Positive experience: Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good selection of gym equipment. The build and equipment is showing some signs of its age, but I believe that it's being renovated and updated next year.

Negative experience: Swimming session was ok.disappointed with lack of showering facilities (the only showers being poolside) and when we came out my son put money in the vending machine and it got stuck and woman at desk very obnoxious and said nothing she can do about it and walked off. Due to the poor customer service we received won’t be returning to you leisure centre

Fantastic experience: Went for a swimming party! The inflatable assault course was great. The staff were super friendly and attentive! Highly recommended for our age group which was 4 - 12!

Positive experience: The pool is great, changing rooms are always clean, the gym is well kitted out with plenty of space. Updated: There is no aircon in the gym, the staff are doing the best they can by supplying fans, but the leisure centre won't fix it apparently.

Fantastic experience: The gym staff are brill, special mention to rich, works very hard to make sure kids are safe in the junior gym, and the gym is always spotless on arrival, proper friendly environment too!

Positive experience: Not the best family swim session today, first time at the leisure centre £12.50 for 3 people so not cheap, found a lot of the lockers to be hard to use or not working, the toilets connected to the swim changing rooms were dirty, not the biggest pool when its split into shallow and deep end but i guess a positive was that there were floats and balls out to use, however after coming out both my kids have reported rashes on their skin, boy with shorts on has a it on his tummy and girl with swimsuit on has it on her thighs. Shame really. So heads up.

Fantastic experience: First visit today to bring my grandson for the toddler swim session. Greeted warmly by a lovely lady on reception, who engaged with my grandson and personally showed me where the changing rooms were. Changing rooms spotlessly clean and nice and warm. We used a family cubicle as has a great seat for a toddler, and a nappy bin. Pool lovely. Staff helpful and friendly. My grandson (aged 2 1/2) loved that he could stand in the pool and play with the toys. Will bring him again for sure. Thank you

Fantastic experience: The sports centre has lots of access for disabilities as it is all on one floor and it has disabled toilets as well as others. It has a car park outside and has lots of room in it. It has swimming, roller skating, trampolining, a gym and other classes for fitness you can take. It has a large park area outside the sports centre to spend some time in as well.

Negative experience: Shocking that they have cancelled the junior gym sessions without a) informing the members b) informing their parents c) giving the option to cancel. Consequently they have continued to claim direct debit payments for a facility that cannot be used!! Disgraceful... unless of course you can find someone over the age of 16 to go to the gym with them or an adult to really up their street cred! Brilliant...

Fantastic experience: I think whoever is on the front desk is really pretty, also slays and is generally nice to people. I dont think is inappropriate. People are expressing themselves. If you dont like going there, then go somewhere else. I think its a great place.

Positive experience: Nice facilities and pool. Could do with shower cubicles though instead of open ones facing the pool.

Negative experience: After 8 + years of being a member I have had enough of this poorly run facility. Cleanliness has got steadily worse, maintenance of spinning bikes is poor, more classes these days are virtual (I can do this at home!). Over the years good instructors have left. Given up complaining, local management are not bothered to take on board or rectify issues. Membership is now poor value for money.

Negative experience: I was a member then left and rejoined. I recently did the Pilates class, teacher is very good but the floor was filthy. We were mainly in bare feet and there was dirt and even grit pieces on the floor where I was. If you use the dry change don't leave your valuables anywhere other than your locker.

Negative experience: Aqua fit - really good class. Water clean. However in the disabled shower cubicle sensor on the shower only worked once And was slipping down off the wall. It needs a serious refurbishment as it was very dirty. Felt let down when mentioning it at the desk to quote 'well, it was working yesterday ' !

Positive experience: I use the gym 2-3 times a week. However there could be a wider range of equipment. It also has lockers, changing rooms with showers in, a pool, and a gym. There are many classes including basketball and gymnastics for children.

Negative experience: Quite disappointed it's 18:15 pm. And just turn up for the gym. And it's in darkness. Why is it shut when clearly it says open until 8pm. Do they just close when they feel like it or is it supposed to be closed

Positive experience: To much regulation of the swimming session during school holidays. Max session for kids Is 45 mins but over 50s get a hour. Needs more casual sessions.

Positive experience: Having used the centre for a number of years, mainly for the gym and swimming, my experience has been largely positive in terms of facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Only real gripe is opening over Christmas when it shuts at 3pm between the eve's, on normal working days.

Positive experience: Lovely clean facilities. Membership for the gym is a little pricey if paid monthly without a years contract but it does give you access to both Lutterworth and Harborough sports centres.

Positive experience: Only been here for swimming, but it is lovely and clean. They have a fun session at the weekend that the kids love. Water is nice and warm unlike some of the other local pools.

Negative experience: Badly run, cafe never open, staff young and not bothered
